I played this game before I played the arcade version of this... It was cool in it's own right until I played the arcade version. After that the Genesis version sucked.

this game was really easy for me . i loved the arcade too.too easy but fun to play if just want to waste time at age 13 i had it to waste.

I missed the 2 player coop mode and the ambulances, but the rest of the additions to this port were pretty nice!
