You cannot determine the birth certificate to be fake/forged by looking at a digital image of it. The pdf is not a legal document. Only the actual certified paper document matters, which the State of Hawaii has confirmed is authentic.

We should be demanding each one show us both their long and short form birth certificates. Those birth certificates need verification from the state of birth and verification from factcheck. The reason for this is so that no one, not even a President can threaten to put them out of office if they do not rule a certain way, The reason that the SC will not review the evidence is because if they did, it would put them in the position of determining the eligibility of a sitting President to hold Office.

It was not a scan. It was an editted scan. With lots of cut and paste. The signature was redrawn. Pixels zooming proves it was heavily editted. As were multiple layering.

You cannot determine the birth certificate to be fake/forged by looking at a digital image of it. The pdf is not a legal document. Only the actual certified paper document matters, which the State of Hawaii has confirmed is authentic.
If you have not read it yet, now would be a good time to familiarize yourself with Article IV, Section 1 of the Constitution.

None of the candidates have released their birth certificates, to my knowledge. That is a major concern here. We should be demanding each one show us both their long and short form birth certificates. Those birth certificates need verification from the state of birth and verification from factcheck. In addition birth announcements submitted to local newspapers need to be produced. We need the Republican candidates to give us the same level of proof of citizenship that Obama has produced.

Most conservatives refer to it as the 9th Circus instead of Circuit. The reason for this is that the 9th Circuit Court is the most liberal court in the US and is famos for siding with Liberal legal causes. The reason for this is so that no one, not even a President can threaten to put them out of office if they do not rule a certain way, The reason that the SC will not review the evidence is because if they did, it would put them in the position of determining the eligibility of a sitting President to hold Office.
The Constitution gives that power to Congress and Congress alone.

Not to mention all the newspaper interviews Obama did in 2004 where he bragged he was born in Kenya ! It's in print and I have a copy of that too. All of DC has known all along ! All guilty.
