@Melissails johnny depp does much better in roles where he can be very animated. He would not be a good fit for the realism they're trying to go with in the new batman franchise. He's a great actor, I just don's see them picking him for it.

Even tho it's a fake, you can't deny, Heath Ledger portrayed the Joker better than anyone ever has. In every other Batman the Joker was far too sane, but in the Dark Knight he was the personification of evil. Heath Ledger displayed some of the greatest acting in many generations whilst portraying an absolute fiend. God I love that film.

First of all, I think David Tennant would be the perfect Riddler because he can play dark roles as well as light! The promo pic at 1:19 is illuminatti. In case you didn't know, The Dark Knight was a message movie from the Illuminatti who run Hollywood. @MrMcConnon Well hang on guy. There has only been one other Joker b4 (Not counting the 1960's Adam West which i i did think was pretty good.) which was Jack Nicholson. Now i would say Heath Ledger did a good job, but, 4 tthe most part, he was ONLY evil. He showed very little insanity and far too much violence. Where as Nicholson, he would hide his insanity when he needed to, or just not hide it at all, which is much more like the Joker in my eyes. Bottom line, Nicholson is the best Joker 4 me.

@MrMcConnon On the contrary, if I had to describe the Joker, "Personification of Evil" would not come to mind. I still like Jack Nichelson's way of playing The Joker. It just was perfect for that movie, as Heath Ledger was perfect for The Dark Knight.

@MrMcConnon 100% agree with you but all this stuff on johnny depp being the riddler in the new movie is bull because heath ledger died towards the end of the dark night and johnny depp actually finished of the last bit of the movie but the makers did well to make them look quite simular

First of all, I think David Tennant would be the perfect Riddler because he can play dark roles as well as light! The promo pic at 1:19 is illuminatti. In case you didn't know, The Dark Knight was a message movie from the Illuminatti who run Hollywood. Joker was them and 2 face was us regular working stiffs and Batman was suppossed to represent people in politics that they control like the president.
