From what I've seen, Urban Freeflow has some really great videos. And I never new parkour was so widespread.

@phenomenon91 you don't have to be a pile of muscles (as my wife puts it) to be strong. also, they are using a lot of speed and continuing momentum to create the movements. look at a lot of gymnasts, dancers and anyone else doing lots of dynamic movement, they are not huge like the jocks you see at the gym, lifting weights but they are strong and they use momentum to their advantage. a really good example is bruce lee, he didn't look big but he was incredibly strong!
