Myamoto doesn't work on Zelda. Annuoma does. He stated that he recognized the movement for the remake but said he wants to make a regular title for the 3DS before another remake but they are considering it. It just wont be till after the new Zelda title if they do it.

@MrWho142 basically the key items to get are these 4 sacred masks that you obtain after defeating each boss. then when you are about to run out of time you play the song of time on your ocarina which brings you back to the first day. though when you go back in time you lose all your ruppees unless you stored them in a bank and you obiviously keep all the masks that you have obtained so far. but be aware if you dont play the song and time runs out you have to start the game ALL OVER literally.

This video is somewhat pointless due to the fact that Miyamoto has pretty much confirmed that as soon as the new Zelda game for 3DS is released (Nintendo has announced that the new 3DS one will be related to the Majora's Mask timeline rather than the Wind Waker timeline). So generally, we can expect a Majora's Mask remake in around 4-5 years. Thumbs up so people can see this.

...It's funny how little kid's think this game comes after Spirit tracks and Phantom hourglass and that. I'll always like the N64 better. Mostly because when they remake most of the games (Not just Zelda), they smooth the texture out more So If things are supposed to look old in the game, It looks all brand new now. :/ It'll never be the same.
