Big Country have got to be the most unpretentious rock group in history. They are just phenomenal musicians and songwriters, they don't seem to give a damn about living the lifestyle, just about making some of the best music ever heard.
I was so proud when I figured out the bassline on this one! Such splendid use of quartal harmony in much of thier guitar interplay, adds a subtle mystique. Powerful...
This is one of my absolute favorite Big Country songs, as Stuart said it's about wanting to know everything...I love an intelligent rock start. Plus it's just got that great dark, mysterious 80's sound...fabulous.
Definitely one of the better versions of this song live.. I can't get enough of BC lately. Thanks for posting this!

i was watching an australian interview with ronnie james dio in 1986,
and there was a song in the background.....i wanted to know what it was,
later in the end of the interview the interview mentioned it was big country,
so ive found it.
