33:10 I must make a correction: Paul is wrong. It does not matter how many times the beam goes across, it is the synchronization-that is what the trigger is for. It goes up and down 2 million times a second, but not across. You could have it trigger once a second with the beam going that fast, but it does not have to go that many times. The beam is easily moved that fast, but it is not going that many times a second. If you have a good oscilloscope, try turning up the trigger holdoff. that helps
@thegeekgroup i am sorry, if my comments seem a bit premature(and a lot of the time i was having trouble posting from my i phone), i will make better- more relevant comments later on as i watch your videos. you guys make great videos! i want to contribute and help out. as a fellow geek- i hope you understand.
@killerdoug1 We understand. But you can't make 5 comments that all say "TEST" and expect them to be posted. ;) Write something worthwhile and it'll get posted.
Chris, to get your head around how fast the line is actually drawn, think of the sine wave as a carrier, then think of a modulation on that carrier, if it was speech or music, you would want it to display in real time
Maybe Paul could demonstrate a carrier and modulation in this series.
these up dates have now become the highlight of my day its just a shame i am five hours ahead for example its 01:00 in england and i have just finished watching the upload and once again no disapontments keep cranking these video's out
thank you very much!!! thank you for explaining the basics of the o-scope! Im ordering a bk precision o scope similar to thing and this is exactly what I needed!

@GammaRay6626 we post them here (mostly) in the order we shoot them. If you want them all in order by series, buy the DVDs.
