@JDilla2812 All I DID was lift 10-pound dumbbells, lying on my back on the floor, 12 times and rest ten seconds, 12 more times and rest 10 seconds... FOr a total of 4 sets of 12 reps. Six days a week, except Sunday, everytime I wake up. Had to stop because of delayed onset muscle soreness.

I KNOW! My mum worked over at the countryview animal hospitial over by airport road...and they bought it out to cut down allllll those trees. It's so bare, it's disgusting. And for what? Another road people won't use? Like airport road...that was a damn waste. Aren't we getting where we need to go now just fine? I'm not a tree hugger or anything...but it's fucking dumb.
