@TheTotallyrandomXD Well, the characters are engaging and fresh, the humour is a nice mix of slapstick, puns and situational humour, the storylines are well written and varied, the actual dialogue is wonderfully well crafted, the animation and backgrounds show just what you can do with flash style animation, the direction is great, the music is fantastic, not just the songs, but the background music too, written for each episode, not stock. So probably because the ponies are female and naked. :)

You know, you would think the saying 'break a leg' might be slightly taboo in Equestria. Since if a horse breaks a leg, usually it has to be put down.

Humans put down horses when they break their legs because they're pretty much dead already. The only way for a horse to recover from a broken leg is to stay off of it, which is difficult for a horse. Then you have to basically reteach the horse to walk. Or horse in the wild who breaks their leg doesn't stand a chance, and sadly even if a human tries to rehabilitate a horse with a broken leg, sometimes it just doesn't work out and it's more humane to put the horse down,

That doesn't change the fact that in Equestria, humans don't exist, horses/ponies fill the same role humans do for our world (the dominant species), and magic (along with some technology) exists. They have no reason to look at a horse with a broken leg the same way we look at a horse with a broken leg. They are going to look at them the way we look at a human with a broken leg.

And like I said, we don't put down our fellow man for losing a leg.
