i had a look and it seems that shockwave designed the seacons animal mode upgrades but did not create them.

I really love Shockwave, he is such powefull or even more powerfull than Megatron itself .A great coincidence they both transforms in to guns. In comic books Shockwave defeats Megatron and became leader of the Decepticons being so powerfull that he alone is able to stop the Dinobots or Scorpinok.In gun mode he is greatly destructive.I love dinobots too but I have seen from his first battle with them, he finished everything with a last powerfull blast in Gun mode leaving them in extasis
@chicoplateado i just wished he had had more screen time in the g1 show i mean we mostly saw him planning out the decepticons next attack instead of seeing him cause destruction like i wish but i guess he appeared in later series and got recognized like he should have

Shockwave is one of my most favoured Transformers of all time! He was just such an interesting character made even more so by his lack of consistent appearances. When the character was introduced in Transformers Animated, I was thrilled that not only was he given a much bigger part, but that both his character and voice actor returned to do the good-ol' Decepticon justice. Thanks for uploading.

I really love Shockwave, he is such powefull or even more powerfull than Megatron itself .A great coincidence they both transforms in to guns. In comic books Shockwave defeats Megatron and became leader of the Decepticons being so powerfull that he alone is able to stop the Dinobots or Scorpinok.In gun mode he is greatly destructive.I love dinobots too but I have seen from his first battle with them, he finished everything with a last powerfull blast in Gun mode leaving them in extasis

@chicoplateado i just wished he had had more screen time in the g1 show i mean we mostly saw him planning out the decepticons next attack instead of seeing him cause destruction like i wish but i guess he appeared in later series and got recognized like he should have

I was expecting a better role in Transformers 3 ... he was very destructive indeed but he planned not anything neither he was the main enemy as people in the forums used to say ... finally he died to easy in Optimus Prime hands ... Once again ... I was expecting more of this character ... I think he is not well valued... (sorry if its not the right word ... this is not my language ... :S)

Shockwave is one of my most favoured Transformers of all time! He was just such an interesting character made even more so by his lack of consistent appearances. When the character was introduced in Transformers Animated, I was thrilled that not only was he given a much bigger part, but that both his character and voice actor returned to do the good-ol' Decepticon justice. Thanks for uploading.

It's been said that Shockwave's vocal patterns (provided by Corey Burton) were based on David Warner's. (An English actor was is known for playing really sinister bad guys)
