i think if some one has a nasty house which is not good at all but if they want to invite company over they should at least clean up before company enters the house because thats just embarrissing for people to see someone house nasty

Yes oh a person keeps their home does tell a lot about them.. I person with a real nasty house most likely are not that motivated, lazy, disorganized, and don't know to manage their money correctly.

I can't stand going into somebody's house smelling like victoria secrets and coming out smelling like fried chicken or funk!! Just Gross

girl, i feel you. some people might feel that's being superficial or shallow...but you gotta do you. we all have weird or unusual qualities, behaviors, etc. that we look for in our significant others & that happens to be what u look for. having a clean house says A LOT about u. i mean, like you said he coulda took the time to clean KNOWING u would come over...that just shows he has no respect for himself or you for that matter.
Im not a neat freak,but i do believe that kitchens and bathrooms must be clean at all times,and dogs belong outside most of the time.Since i love females They must smell good and take care of themselves 85 percent of the time,because i use that type of info to determine what kind of mother she will be to my our unborn child.
