Also I see so many comments saying that Adon Vs Chun Li is an unfair match up. BS. I play Chun Li all the time and I don't lose to Adon players very much. Most of the Adons are total scrubs. Jaguar Kick = Kikoken or anti air. Jaguar tooth into Rising Jaguar = PWNED by the jump kick combo and finish with the ultra. Adon blows.

Adon... the new Akuma, so broken. It's very unfortunate because these so called pro-players are limiting the moves their characters can play/use (not much of a pro) and well the pro-players limit their mastery of that character. Like for real? Jaguar kick?...is that all you can do? Too predicable. That's why I love the novice players. They can show some fascinating combos that are mind blowing. It's like "Huh? How did you pull that one off?" Creating new style of combos that's a true pro. Peace.

Anyone saying that Kikosho sucks obvisouly dont know how to set up her combos, the air kick combo will drop them down right into it everytime, on top of being able to use it as anti-air

as a old school chun li player, chun li has been the biggest dissapointment to me.Its very hard to be as effect with her as it was in the past (alpha, marvel series) removing her rising kick (as used in the past) and her standing upsidedown roundhouse kick was capcom biggest handicaps to her. She even isnt fast as she was in the previous games. Her kikosho was a good recovery but still more needs to be done imo. She's just too different now. Fei Long is now my favorite

Wow this is why I am so shakey on buying super Street Fighter 4 because there are always those few characters who are hard to get around or even characters that have advantages over other characters. Its really annoying when people think theyre good but they are using a really powerful character but its not that common in street fighter but If they are going to make like really powerful characters make theyre moves harder than others to perform.

Chun Li user was great however, Adon's Jaguar Kick as some ridiculous damage input thats all.

As a Chun Li player, I have to say this is one of the most annoying match-ups in the game. Adon is the new spammy online king, he has officially usurped Ken. Chun has a few normals that cleanly beat Jaguar Tooth but it's very difficult to time them online because it's so fast and even the smallest amount of additional input lag can basically give Adon a free counter hit, so it's hard to stop him from doing it over and over. You have to bait it or wait for it and trick him somehow, usually.

i use dee jay and it works pretty well..

hit projectiles to keep them far, and use ex anti air when he uses jaguar something...

But come to find out all those mixed reviews i was reading were from kids, people who didnt grow up with this game as THE game. lol. But as someone who has played it her whole life im just standing back at amazement with everything they done to this game. Simply put WOW. But in any case im glad to hear u loved it as well. ENJOY! RiceSRK's execution on some of his links were off, and he doesn't know yet when it's appropriate to use the Kikoushou, but the rest of his Chun-Li game is pretty solid. Good footsies. Also keep in mind his opponent is the U.S. SFIV champion.

What I learned is that Kikoushou isn't just something you can pop after blocking any move. The opponent apparently has a window as it starts up where they can jump it, even at point-blank.

@coffeeandciagar Kikou-Shou in this game is kinda like in 3rdS, CVS2, SFA3, MVC2, etc. You know where it has a few frames of startup to her initiating it and you can jump. In any game with Kikou-shou usually, she reels her arms up or back then releases it forward. I don't think I remember ANY game where she just releases it in one frame. So yeah I highly doubt it's a ultra you use to punish any move.
