If I had $30K to spend on a Vette, I would look for 2004 around $22K then upgrade to a "charger" with the remaining $7K. I like the look of the C5. 2004 being the last generation it means it has all the possible tweak it can have for that generation from GM. I like charger because it less invasive and less maintenance. C5, to me, has the look that will last and very easy on the eye.

just to clear some things up about this vette. it is infact a Z06 but it is a 2001 and in 2001 the stock Z06's were rated at 385bhp thus why the badge only says Z06. in 2002 it was bumped up to 405bhp and had a new badge. get your priorities straight before you open up your mouth......

I suppose those wastegate actuators are fame too... The reason the turbos and intercooler are not visible is because the turbos are mounted low out of plain sight due to space limitation and the intercooler is behind the front fascia.
