My opinion:

Chopper Gunner/ Gunship should be MUCH stronger IF it was earned as a kill streak. Worse thing is working you're ass off and earning the kill streak(s) and easily shot gun with SAM/RPG/Launcher. If it was a care package bonus, ok, fine. But kill streak should be stronger, like 2-3 flares.

Knife: It is still with a built in commando-ish feature. Should be brought back to COD WAW, knife was perfect there.

Quickstoping is much harder than using any normal weapon, it takes aim, it takes skill, it takes MUCH better reaction time, and overall Quick scoping is much harder to pull off. Everyone should really stop whining about it.

Oh the patch is wonderful, addressed some great issues. Shame since the patch came out I can't get into a match at all on PS3. If treyarch are gonna bother making the game multiplatform, maybe they should optimize it for other platforms and not only xbox.
