  • Thanks. Looks like mine is a 95. Was able to rotate and depress the secondary and get it off

  • @BenjamIncredible Excellent. Mine is having an issue.... runs great until it heats up, then it bogs down... i'm thinking either lack of air getting to the engine or something with the fuel system.

  • Took mine out for the first time today. Hit the lake as MN has only trace snow this year (completely unseasonable).

Road pretty damn well. The belt is a little worn and I have a replacement, do you know if you just push and rotate the secondary on these to get the belt off?

  • @BenjamIncredible I lifted the back off the ground so the track could move freely. Then take the cover off on top of the belt. I pulled the top of the belt between the two clutch's and spun the secondary clockwise (just like taking a chain off a bicycle) there's a little door on the sled by the primary clutch that pops off... you'll need to take that off to get the old belt off/new belt on... then put the new belt on the same way you took the old one off.

  • Picked up a 94 mach 1 670 this month as well.. yesterday actually.

Is that an HID headlamp in yours?

    Rad sled kid

  • @BenjamIncredible I dont beleive its a HID headlamp. I'm still learning about this thing. Its fun to ride, I know that!

  • lol you seemed kinda shocked that it started up...love it...831
