I'll never forget when he won an oscar and someone in the audience wanted to shake his hand on the way down to get it and he - pulled away in the most snottiest way. Then that shit when he almost hit a desk clerk with a phone because the oine in his room didn't work. He's a great actor but he needs someone to knock his ego back on its ass - arrogant foreign shit.

With all the talent present I would have thought "State of Play" would have done better box office. Watching on TV gave me the answer. It wasn't filmed, but rather boxed into TV format, nothing but head-shot cutaways. I was screaming for two shots, some, heck, any kind of screen time interaction between the performers.

And Crowe is an amazing actor (despite being an arrogant bastard), great script, great direction, until Ben Affleck's performance is very good.

I love Russell's comment about media cannibalism!! So true! The movie was awesome, everything I expected, it's definitely a keeper. Nice interview. Also loved the goosebumps comment - I get the same thing!!! Russell come over to our house for a dinner party, you and I would talk all night!
