Its a cherry burst. But he had the Gibson factory "buff" the finish so that it'd look more vintage. (He got this guitar, and another straight from the Gibson factory) (and yes, he had to pay for the guitars)

no, it was a cherry sunburst standard, but as soon as he got it he had it refinished and thats how it came out...the closest factory colour is the ice tea/honeyburst colour tho

Actually it's not even a Gibson. I know Slash says it is in his videos on the site for the guitar, but it's just for liability reasons. It was actually a custom made copy of a gibson, probably better then an actually Gibson from the 80s.
