I can see room for improvement with the animation.
First off might be worth studying the footage of the musical.
the feet should have a claw like action and close when lifting and open suddenly when making the next footfall, as for the legs well the top pivot joint lifts into the air and the secondary leg strut swings forward from the body what you have going on here is a weird outward swing, also the body doesn't seem to factor in with the strides. that's all.
