how about a video of the engine bay? i'm going to put a 350 chevy into my 1948 newyorker sedan. just would like to see how close the exhaust is to the steering column. headers or manifolds? which ones? i'm going to use a stick trans. thanks.
@DamnStraightM35A2 Chrysler didn't use a 218; the stock six cylinder for this year was a 250.6 with a 323.5 inline eight available.
Plymouth, however, used a 217.8 from 1946-1954, after which it was completely replaced by the 230 CID that Dodge used before that. Both were available in 1954 as part of the six cylinder option, but both were eclipsed by the V8s.
