No man knows the day or hour when The Abom. of Des.will occur but Jesus says IN THAT DAY He will be Revealed (Lk.17:29-31). The Church will not go through The Great Tribulation but will COME OUT of it at The 6th Seal (Rev.7). That 144,000 Jews appear to be sealed in Heaven, for the angel was seen ASCENDING not DESCENDING with the seal (Rev.7:2). If Jesus teaches a Mid Trib. 2nd Coming & Resurrection, then anything else is a contradiction of God's Word. 2 visible Comings, one FOR, the other WITH.

The 1st 1/2 of Dan.70th Week is "The Tribulation of those days"(Mt.24:29) according to Jesus in Lk.17:29-37.The 2nd 1/2 is Great Tribulation(Mt.24:21,22).The sign of His Coming & End of the World is at The Abom.of Des. Jesus says IN THAT DAY He will be REVEALED. Dan.11:27-31 shows that that's The Appointed Time & The End. Mt.24 signs & Rev.6 coincide & lead to The Day of the Lord (2nd Coming & Resurrection) at The 6th Seal ( Dan.12:1-3).

Every one of these references is talking about the converts of the Tribulation when multitudes will be converted through the preaching of the 2 witnesses (Rev. 11) and the 144,000 sealed servants of God (Rev. 7).Thanks for your input. Grace

All you are doing is reading INTO the Scriptures what you want it to say!

The church is a very specfic group of people called the Bride of Christ and who are individually indwelt by the Holy Spirit. Those referred to are the Gentiles who will be saved DURING the Tribulation, no doubt comverts of the 144,000 who are sealed just before your passage. They are not the church which has been previously raptured.

b) the last trump is the 7th trump, in which the wrath of God is revealed Rev 16:1. Before this (first 6 trumpets) it is only "affliction", not wrath (Is 1:4-9+Amos 4:11-13) and it is remedial in nature -made to afflict his rebellious people so they will repent. It is the chastizement of a loving Father, who does not want them to be judged. There is no proof for a "rapture" that saves you from the time that is coming "to try ALL those who dwell upon the earth". The only way is THROUGH Rev3:10

Jesus said "I will raise them up on the last day". (The last day is 1335th day of Daniel 12:12; also known as Matthew 24:31) 1 Th 4:16 says "... the dead in Christ shall rise first, then we will be caught up to be with Him..." So, 1 Th 4:16 is the last day. The tribulation is to bring the church back to its knees Is 48:10 + Hos. 5:15. The "wrath" is what we are saved from 1 Th 1:10, and this is revealed solely in the 7th trumpet, and no time before - "at the last trump" 1 Cor15:52.

The Tribulation has nothing to do with the church which was an unknown entity in the OT (Jer. 30:7). Both Is. 48:10 and Hos. 5:15 apply to Israel Read vs. 1 in each chapter. The whole Tribultion is compared to labor pains designed to birth the remnant of Israel. (Is. 66:8). You can't switch babies during labor.

The things which happened to Israel before happened to teach us not to fall into their same errors; the law was only a SHADOW of better things to come. Israel was figuratively speaking of the "church", which means "congregation" of "assembly". Under the old covenant, the Jewish nation was the assembly of God; now only those who believe in Christ are the assembly of God, although the ENTIRE Jewish nation will return to God - and to His assembly - one day. The rapture is a dangerous teaching, if I were you, I would *fear* to spread it to other people: you will be *accountable* for srpeading this false doctrine. Study and be careful what you are teaching others. There is no raising of the dead until the last day J 6:44 = 1 Th 4:16 = M 24:31. M 24:31 is the final answer to the question in M 24:3 "what is the sign of your coming, AND of the end of the age" 2 Th 2:1 says "by His coming AND OUR GATHERING TO HIM" = they are ONE event.

We will not be gathered to Jesus before the great falling away and the man of lawlessness is revealed. Jesus says He will come back immediately after the tribulation of those days. Everything has been announced to the prophets ahead of time. If it is not in scripture it is NOT scripture and not going to happen. There is no secret rapture.
