Yeah, i've noticed that the so called (in this strain of comments anyway) "Carbomb chord" is now the staple chord for pretty much any Hardcore orientated band nowadays. 1st fret on e string with a open on the a and d strings.

The Acacia Strain pioneered that shit, but hey, it still sounds fuckin' cool man.

well it came off a little weird when i wrote that, but i meant to this kid nin31191, where do they "claim" it. And it's not necessarily a bad thing to not be original. There's only so many different types of music. there's always gonna be artists/bands that sound like other bands. haha

Of course there is, but to a certain extent. This is my main problem with Deathcore as a genre. I think Emmure is an outstanding example of what is wrong with Deathcore. I'm just curious as to what the catch is to you.

Well I'm gonna finish this right here, The Red Chord is one of my favorite bands at the moment. I've been digging them for about 3 years now. So, you're wrong there.

Cephalic Carnage was utter shit. All they did was spew garbage about wanting to get stoned with the crowd and shit. I dont care if you smoke or whatever, but I personally go to a concert to hear music, not to hear a fucking cracked out vocalist babble on about getting high.
