Great video. Makes you want to run down their today. Portrays a warm, human experience. But the best reference librarians map out the solution and merge the use of Google and the internet sources with their own internal resources. All these resources compliment each other --- in the hands of a competent librarian.

Okay, I'm a tad biased, since I am a Children's Librarian (formerly of NYPL) but I don't think you need to be a librarian to get a little faklepmt at this.  It brought tears to my eyes! How inspiring and wonderful. Libraries rock!
