  • I can't even remember when I was in a library last, but this video has honestly inspired me find my library card again. I shudder to think how much I've been missing in my research by relying so much on Google.

  • I wanna work there too! Everyone looks sooo committed to their roles! Great video!

  • be great if you had all those books online - imagine how many MORE you could reach out to

  • Great video. Makes you want to run down their today. Portrays a warm, human experience. But the best reference librarians map out the solution and merge the use of Google and the internet sources with their own internal resources. All these resources compliment each other --- in the hands of a competent librarian.

  • Very impressive and inspiring! Next, I'd like to see one including, and aimed at, teens and 20-somethings.

  • It's amazing how many New Yorkers have never set foot in this magnificent library.

Let's all use it and support it!

  • NYPL - this is great! You are really focusing in on your message. You still have a few more layers to go in peeling back your messaging. This is a great opening to start the conversation. You are really playing a role within your channels.

  • This is a GREAT Video. Congrats NYPL!

  • bad video

  • What a wonderful look at NYPL! Thanks for sharing.

  • Okay, I'm a tad biased, since I am a Children's Librarian (formerly of NYPL) but I don't think you need to be a librarian to get a little faklepmt at this. It brought tears to my eyes! How inspiring and wonderful. Libraries rock!
