And that's just lovely how they are not only holding the kid's hand, but they turn the opposite direction when the train is passing, not even concerned with the kid at all. And that person with the camera, not only did they get a horrible image captured, but it looks like the kid landed on their feet!
avg human reaction time is 1.6 seconds, not enough time to react, and the video is blurry its hard to determine the age of the child, but from personal experience i stopped holding hands w/ my parents/guardian by the time i was 8-10, but the fact that the older person didnt stop and look/listen is hard to excuse...
