picking every 4th or 5th car is not the proper way for a DUI check point to get DUI suspects, the drunks just cruise on by while the sober ones get pulled over. It should be done by looking at each driver to see who looks drunk or seems very nervous, Profiling is much more consistent at getting your DUI driver.
