Cook stuff. I wonder how many of these techniques can be adapted to a Chinese Poles act (narrower pole, usually no 'pedestal' at the top). Some of these I suspect would be a lot more bruising because the pole would be narrower and harder to 'catch'.

I did a trick after watching one of the vids you posted.I called it the 'Sangam' as im not too sure what its called,or is it a single trick /part of a combo.
