Realy glad i stumbled on your clip :) i just started experimenting and i m currently working on 2 so far at the blanks stage . Now i'm trying to figure out how to start working on the primary edges. I 'll keep going and i will look up the book too :) thanks again :) i' ll post the finished work when i get there lol
I know what you mean when you say that it's very easy to get put down by how hard it sounds, I thought the same thing for a long time, but then I really started to look in to it and found that it's still very hard but its doable with some files and a hack saw. I made my first "knife" not to long ago from my own idea.
what type of steel should i use, and what stores could i buy the steel from

im just starting ive mad 1 or 2 handles, but thats about it right now..i don't really have tools for knifes...what should i do??????
