Group A bitches and they suspend an account. Group B bitches and they get restored.

They are not founding fathers of north America, they are a company.
Freedom of speech does not apply to the internet. Fair comment and Truth only.
To be liable of something it would have to be directly presented to the public. Copyright, TOS violations... they tell you in every TOS I've read that they can change the rules at anytime without notice or discretion.

The users create the content, the users watch the content, advertisers pay YouTube to get advertising space based upon the amount of traffic which passes through the site. YouTube owes its success to its users. Google make a profit from YouTube due to the users, they do not provide it charitably, therefore it is in the interest of YouTube to be fair with its users or risk losing them. Mark Bunker is an award winning journalist who provides interesting content which drives users through YouTube.

As an aside, if you consider scientific facts to be ridiculous, you are perfectly within your right to submit your research for peer review. If you are correct, then your research will actually further science and you will, by the scientific community, be heralded for your contribution to the appropriate field.

This is such a shame for youtube! I am really depressed with the whole situation and I am really pissed of. I have google as my homepage but I will change it to yahoo if Xenutv is not back online in 2 days. I work in IT and I will make sure that no one in my company uses google, I will even block google!
