In answer to your question, we question the idea because there are people in prison in Canada and Europe for doing just that, questioning something. Their imprisonment means that there is something to be found in questioning it, because clearly they care enough to put people in jail purely for exercising their freedom of speech.

Burial of poisoned bodies would have taken place far from the camp, not on top of the ground water needed for the inmates! That would have poisoned everyone.

@Gregza225 I don't think that is the case at all. Most of the people who died, died of typhus and starvation, as the camps were extremely overcrowded, and the food supply lines were cut by the allies near the end of the war.
The only things that were gassed were the clothes and mattresses, to kill the lice that spread typhus.
Ask yourself this...why would the Germans build barracks, swimming pools, music halls and libraries, for people they intended to kill?

I'm not taking sides here but I would really like to know the truth. Did it happen? A while back I would have said without a doubt it did but now I'm not entirely sure. If it didn't happen then where did those people go? There's people that worked there who were in the ss that say that everything that happened is true. Why would they lie about it. @Gregza225 I don't think that is the case at all. Most of the people who died, died of typhus and starvation, as the camps were extremely overcrowded, and the food supply lines were cut by the allies near the end of the war.
The only things that were gassed were the clothes and mattresses, to kill the lice that spread typhus.
Ask yourself this...why would the Germans build barracks, swimming pools, music halls and libraries, for people they intended to kill?

Nobody is alive today who was a slave or a master, isn't that true, so the present generation is not responsible for the slave trade.
As for the holocaust, I know for a fact that many Jews collected reparations who were never persecuted. Some survivals move to Germany from Israel so they can collect a generous monthly allowance. Not a single Gypsy got anything.

So the allies quickly constructed the horrors of the death camps? If they wanted the germans as future allies, wouldn't it make more sense to build self esteem instead of labeling them murderers?
