  • surprisingly my weed eater motor goes about 30 mph.

  • Am i able to add a key to this bike, like a car key... so no one but me can start the engine

  • I WANT ONE!!!

  • yes, yes, yes, but will it blend?

  • cooool

  • @CutiaBuenana634 good for you. i dont

  • Are these legal to ride without a license?

  • @StreamingKnowledge in most locations yes.

  • @StreamingKnowledge better check your Local Regulations

  • ugly flames

  • Ok just to clear up the whole "hardly" davidson issue, im pretty sure he might have used the word "hardly" to emphasize that its "hardly a motorcycle". use your heads people. it's just just a figure of speech.

  • is that right? hardly?

  • cran it up, we want to see it run

  • Love those handlebars

  • the cameraman sounds like he's high haha.

  • I built one too. I cant believe the man who films the 844 and 3985 has a video of a motorized bike!

  • @TheBigpunn421 DO NOT BY THESE BULLSHIT ASS CHINEESE MOTORS I HAVE NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS FIRST THE MOTOR DIDNT FIT THE BIKE AND NOW ITS JUST 1 PROBLEM AFTER THE OTHER WITH THE MOTOR IT WAS A WASTE OF MY MONEY & TIME!!!!

  • @ImWillieG I've built three and have had no problems

It does sometime take a little engineering to get the mounts right, but if you lack that level of mechanical aptitude then you can get someone else to build it for you

There are hundreds of us doing it

  • what size engine?

  • hahaha my friends goes 45 mph

  • I just got a 80cc black slant motor for $112.00 off ebay & a huffy cranbrook cruiser from wal-mart for $84.99 So For $197.00 i now have a motorized bike that goes 30mph & gets 150mpg (I plan on doing some mods to make it faster video COMING SOON!)

  • @ImWillieG do you like the cranbrook or the 26" beach cruiser?

  • over 100 mpg. with current economy soon everybody1 will be riding this LOL

  • false advertising

  • I have one of those too but mine is a 66cc and I have it on a beach cruiser bike. It reaches up to 35 + mph. And it only cost $120.

  • it only goes 25

  • Nice bike. I have plenty of info on my website if anyone is interested. Check out my channel and get my URL if you want. Huffy Davidson - Skull Splitter!

  • Your title is very misleading. I was expecting one of the very early HD machines! This is nothing more than a motor kit from China bought on Ebay then installed on a normal bicycle. They have been around for years!

  • @tinkerrbill

the title is not misleading at all, it clearly states it's a "HARDLY davidson motor bike"

  • @corruptionalliance Call it the 'Acme Davidson'

  • hey is this skip from n.c.

  • there are 80 cc motors for cheap to

  • @Darklordkime they are marketed at 80cc in china but the true dicplacement is 66cc

  • "I LOVE IT MAN". sounds like that dude wants to snatch it.

  • that is a mean looking bike.

  • Yea, you know what ? I had a kit and used it on a mountain bike. On hills it was pretty gutless and I had to help it by pedaling anyway. Unless you're on all straight and no steep hills, get yourself a used dirtbike.

  • @suchfunstuff your carb was probly not adjusted... and if it was then your next step was to probly to just lower the forks in the carb and then you probly be good then

  • and if you use 14 gadge spokes with that in 6 mounts with out a pullstart and useing the hardwhere that atteches the sproket to the spokes if you dont use a pull start youll break spokes

  • What an insult to an american icon HD And the bike looks pretty lame if i may say so. But you seem to like it. Have fun

  • @willnot60 Perhaps you read the title a little too fast. It says "Hardly" Davidson (tongue in cheek) not Harley Davidson and these bikes are about as good as the very first Harley Davidson. A motorized bicycle that you have to work on constantly. They are quite fun to ride if you get over comparing them to a larger motorcycle.

  • 25 mph? I can pedal that fast and i have a beach cruiser with fat ass tyres.

  • @bbglas007 You can't pedal 25mph for very long though can you. That will go mile after mile after mile at 25mph.

I did a 300 mile road trip on an 80cc motorized bike (just for fun) had it geared for 35mph.

  • @Scootertuner1000 lol, i'm working on it.

300 miles though? Crazy. how many tanks did you go through?

  • It took a little over 6 tanks of gas.

I'll put some video on youtube.

I have (or had I sold it) lights that were directly connected to the engine, so when you started it the lights came on. The rear light was a red side marker light for a trailer and the front light was a regular bicycle light, the kind that normally runs with a generator rubbing on the tire. I had a speedo and dual pull lever on the right handlebar that activated front and rear brakes at the same time. Clutch on the left

  • i did not know tires are spelled like tyres

  • @dylanpetrunio

    2 types of spelling

    I use both

  • yea... but this way you dont HAVE to pedal!!!

  • @bbglas007 But can you go 75 miles at 25mph?

  • @KeeperofTheMountain right now, no - maybe for a few k's - But of course i'm always trying to improve!

    So hopefully one day!

  • Let me know how that works out for you. LOL

  • monsterbicycle com the best design, jap engine over the back tire

  • PM me for threads and links to bike motor forums.

  • you can get the whole kit for abot 130 buck, at 200 he got robbed

  • @boxplease aye ive got teh 66cc units COMPLETE, shipped for 149ish

  • burn this shit

  • You schould not use this name for chinese gruebee, they are far to be quality engine, they are only a copie from russian engine 1958 just in worst. But are they are fun to have will they last.

  • How did u learn how to build It?

  • what a rip

  • The starfire 50cc engines with the steel sleeves are good ones. I love mine but I still tinker with it all the time.

  • if thats 60cc and it goes 25 i know were to get a 48cc that can do 35 and still get 50 mpg

  • how much did you pay for the engine on ebay?

  • He said he paid $200 for the engine... at 1:11

  • i need to get one.

  • hey could you help me out im having problems with my twist Throttle it does not twist right.

  • Dude they're all the same engines, regardless of the name on them or who you buy them from.

  • hey..i got a bicycle engine too, did your throtle come stuck open? my throtle came wide open and i cant adjust it for some reason

  • When you set up your carb make shure the slot on the throttle goes onto the pin in the carb

  • We Are Just Glad your still here to talk about it ! APB 4 a runaway motor-bike!

Did you just ride the tank out or wear out the soles in your shoes to stop it

  • @curlybuss hey, did you try your needle pin? my dirtbikes throttle sticks sometimes and i justt adjust it. sometimes it comes out of place.

  • Please see The World's Simplest Transmission for Bicycle. It is also a bike crank & transmission in one.

Watch: UNIQUE BIKE CRANK ( 2- SPEED)

  • hey is the guy who is recordiing named denis?

  • but just how good are those engines

  • they range in quality from poor to excellent. In general the more you pay the better they are. if you get a cheap one off of ebay it may not be perfect.

  • LOL the ebay one's ? Lets just say you get what you pay for..You want a honest seller and a engine that will work and run for many thousands upon thousands of miles..Look up CH80 engines. A guy named Chris Hill from Thunder Bay sells them.

  • Watch all my cool youtube videos on my channel

    but anyway cool video

and dont forget leave me a comment

  • I have one installed on a moon dog, it's fun as hell to ride around town.

  • the dude filming sounds like he might bust a nut he likes it so much.

  • 'Hardly-Davidson'

  • I think his wife loved the vibration, so he got jealous and got rid of it.....

  • still badass

  • Unfortunatly, it can't be driven it on the interstate!

  • true, its just an around town cruiser,

  • @TECHKLEC Actually, it can. if theres no other way to get somewhere you can use the interstate. i fact, i'm planning to use the state highway system to tour the state and hit every hot springs I can find ;) and there's a lot of them here in Idaho :)

  • @TECHKLEC

    take the state highways :]

    those can be ridden on.
