You know what's really sad is that even if you had all this great music on tape, ready to be delivered for production back then, you would still have been at the mercy of greedy big-business record company tycoons, who look at artists as potential income-generating assets rather than talent. So few really good artists "made it" because of that. Lucky for us independents, things have vastly changed with Internet self-broadcast and promotion opportunities. Anyway, I hope you make it big! :-)
