  • Did Jodie's character have a black eye? because apparently Whitney (Houston) punched her, therefore, they had to write the black-eye into the movie.

  • This movie is so suspence, im glad those sickos were guilty, i hated the one with the gay ass black hair telling her a bunch of shit, hes just mad cause he can't eve get a girl like jodie foster! -.-

  • Even though this film is very well done, and brilliantly acted, a couple scenes did infuriate me: the justice system was a joke, to say the least. The rape scene was bad enough, but everything leading up to it in the trial was pretty hard too. With all the rape movies I watched before this one, I sort of knew what to expect, because people kept telling me I wasn't ready for it, they were half right. My empathy for rapists has always been second to none, this film didn't change that.

  • im watching this trailer because vince vaughn mentioned it in wedding crashers

  • IMO every rapist should be raped. Matter of fact anyone here who is arrogant enough to blame the victim deserves the same punishment. Then they'll really know what its like.

  • @linavibe07 Oh, don't tease me!

  • @iTriGGletyi - I can understand true rape, but this chick with into a bar with no bra on, told her friend that she wanted to "screw" the guy she was dancing with and rubbed herself all over him! Then, they made her come!! She loved it LOL

  • @iTriGGletyi - "stick it to her..make her moaaaaaaaaan"

  • NOBODY deserves rape. Not just no woman.

  • @midget... Ur a fucking idiot!

  • rape is not about sex its about power! Try reading a fucking book now and again, thats if u can even read...

  • this movie was really good. one of jodie fosters best performances.

  • if i saw that going down and i was caring,id put 2 in each one center mass and let them die slow!

  • rape is ALWAYS the responsibility and fault of the rapist.

  • she gets a good load of spunk shot in her with the first guy, pity the other 2 dont come

  • Screw jail. Remove their junk with a cheese grater.

  • @SgtTwinkleToes naaaaa a wolverine thats been starved for a week!

  • @SgtTwinkleToes or just have a rapist section in prison where some gigantic gay dude just rapes all of em

  • Some people attempt to justify rape by the actions or behavior of the woman. If you came across a women one night, lying passed out drunk on a deserted street, naked, with her legs spread, would you rape her? The answer is NO, unless you were a monster, and I think most people would attempt to help her. What circumstance can rape ever be justified or defended?

  • Even though this film is very well done and brilliantly acted, it's very unsettling...duh! Some of the comments on here, esp. the ones who dared to call it comical, which I find appalling) aren't mature enough to understand the subject matter, I tried watching it with an open-mind, the rape scene wasn't the angering part for me, the justice system really hit me though, because of its stupidity. I have little compassion for rapists, esp. when justice fails the victim. It's very hard to watch.

  • Power is the extremest of extreme drug for men, its what drives Rape. And in my personal opinion, porn as done more harm to young men and boys then anything. It makes them think of women as objects instead of people, that women treat sex as some men do, with no emotional attachment.

  • @JoeZeon100 : to be fair, porn depicts men also as nothing more than objects.

  • @FreeButtSex trolls will be trolls. keep trolling. let it troll, baby, troll. troll your free ass off. xD

  • There's no justifying rape. What some of u idiots are talking about is NOT rape because it's consentual... ;)

  • Wow, some people seriously support rape? The world seriously is seriously messed up...

  • Like 2009 gang rape case, which is written about in Huffington Post, an AOL media property, where gang psychology overpowers logic and rational reasoning, this movie shows how hard it is for anyone in America to get justice, when those whom appear more powerful due to perceived social class are in control. Perceived social class may be education, money, position of influence or "power." Victims are afraid to come forward, due to a belief they will be shunned or not believed. This movie is based

  • Jodie foster is naked in this movie?????????

  • With everything I've dealt with over the years, If you think your stupid not to mention pathetic comment is going to phase me... well, you're only half right. This comment is mild compared to what I could say to you, but you sound pretty cruel on your own, therefore, this response is probably a waste of my time. In fact this is the only response you'll get from me, so enjoy it!

  • lol, how many times you fucking gaylords gonna write "a woman never asks for rape"??? It got old after the first few comments, so why are we still writing it for about the 200th time? Dumbasses...

  • You guys have a sick pleasure. Fuck you, and get a life. Hope you sinners go to HELL!

  • they really gave it to her on that pinball machine..LOL!!!!

  • a woman NEVER asks for rape! if a girl dresses like that maybe is because she wants attention not to be sexually assaulted

  • @kargirl Ain't sexual assault the attention she was looking for? If you just want people to notice you, be funny or some shit, if you want to get raped, look like a whore.

    Nympho!

  • @FreeButtSex no one in this world wants to be raped!! wtf is up with your mind?? would you like to be raped or what? yea she might be dressing slutty but that doesn't mean that she was asking for all the pain she went through..did u even watch the movie?

  • @kargirl Actually she was asking for it when she dressed like that.

What do you expect when looking like a prostitute and walking in a bar full of drunk horny males will happen?

  • @FreeButtSex every person has a different meaning for calling the attention, she was in a public place and she never imagined that those guys were going to rape her at the bar. Whether she was "asking for it" or not, rape is a crime and guys who commit that crime deserve to be punished.

  • @kargirl Entering a shit hole like that and not expecting to get hurt or abused in any way? Riiiiigh...

  • @FreeButtSex well if a guy finds a women attractive and only wants a one night stand, why not start a conversation or some kind of interaction that would take them BOTH to the agreement of having sex? there is absolutely no reason to force someone to have sex without consent, it is insane what this guys did in this movie and like I said, it is a crime.

  • @kargirl i hope you're not implying that all guys would do that

  • @FreeButtSex they should unless they rape a person and want to spend the rest of their lives in jail and dealing with that in their conscience forever

  • @kargirl i mean... nvm, i lost interest in this convo since my second post

  • @kargirl : this +100.

  • @xxxaragon ????

  • @FreeButtSex We are living in an age where western women want rights with NO RESPONSIBILITIES. These educated women with no common sense DONT understand that every action has a reaction.

Dressing up like a slut in public WILL ignite human impulses and gather attention.

Women who dont take precautions or are not careful can get themselves into bad situations just like men if they are not careful.

Unfortunately these poor "victims" dont get it and never will.

  • @TimeGod12 Exactly! Bunch of whores.

  • @TimeGod12 : what kind of bogus is that? so for example everybody who rides the subway after nine pm is partly responsible for being mugged?

what you are doing with this kind of logic is taking a lot of the responsibilty and guilt from the actual rapist and putting it on the victim (the fact that you put the word victim in quotation marks speaks for itself).

  • @kargirl yes you are exactly right, but."blood attracts sharks!".a guy sees 2 women, one is dressed homely in sweater and jeans, and the other is wearing a tube dress and heels..which one do you think he is going to be attracted to more?.im not saying they deserve if they do so,but if a women dresses herself as bait, then there is a chance that she will get bitten!

  • @kargirl Look at her. Admit it. She wanted it. She was asking for it. She loved it!

  • @Hrko1992 well yeah, i mean, I'm not going to argue with some ignorant ghetto that has nothing to base his opinions on. so, just leave it like that...

  • @kargirl My point was, if you're gonna dress like a skanky whore, act like a whore, dance like a whore, you will be treated like a piece of meat. But if you will dress nice, like a lady, act like a lady, and dance like a lady, then you will be treated as a goddess. It's as simple as that. Crazy women get crazy attention. Normal women get normal attention. Simple as that, babe ;)

  • @Hrko1992 I was raped when I was 100% sober and wearing jeans and a sweatshirt. Tell what I did wrong then, in your eyes. And when your wife or daughter or girlfriend is raped, when she's in the hospital getting a rape kit done on her, just pat her on the shoulder and tell her to wear baggier clothes next time. Asshole.

  • Okay, I'm gonna piss off some people here, but I don't care! Being a rape victim myself, I know the results, destruction of charecter, trust issues are created, etc.

Only a chauvanist would think she deserved it/asked for it. I watched this movie recently. Certain scenes infuriated me, but the justice system was a joke! Jodie won her first oscar hands down. Understand this as well, rapists I have no compassion for, deal with it!

  • @tonyb0904 I hope you get raped again!

  • One of the funniest movies ever, all time great comedies.......SO FUNNY )))))))))))

  • what's it rated please? i do juvenile justice at school and i have to get two movies about crime and i'm really interested in this one

  • Jodie foster best flim she is fantastic in it

  • she did NOT ask for it.

    she BEGGED for it!!!!

lol, great movie. seriously you all need to shut the fuck up, she was just a girl trying to enjoy herself and it was so not cool what the guys did to her, its a true story by the way so fuck you who think rape is funny.

  • @gohanluigi123 I assume you're a teenager... because it's true some women fantasize about being raped, it's just a fantasy, a GAME with the man they actually want to do it with, so it's not really rape and it's totally normal and mature.

  • ive heard tht some women fantasize about getting raped

  • @TheWolverineiscool but it's just a FANTASY and they want to be "raped" by a man they want to do it with. so it's not really rape, it's just a FANTASY. no woman wants to be raped!

  • @Googaify yeah i understand....u just want to get the feeling that someone else in incharge, controlling u n stuff...but u dnt really wanna get raped

  • @TheWolverineiscool exactly

  • @Googaify : exactly. and afaik most couples that role play like that are pretty much doing it the same why must bdsm couples are doing it > build in "safe words" so if something happens that goes too far for one of the involved persons the other one immediatly stops.

  • A woman will find a man attractive...she won't rape him because of it...are men truly so weak as to use that as an escuse? This is insane.

  • @morikahjo Not all men are rapists... jeez.

  • @Litterboxer529 I never said they were. But the ones who are, have done a terrible thing...it's sad though...for them as well.

  • @morikahjo True...

  • @morikahjo Says a fuckface that cant even correctly spell "excuse"... youre fucking pathetic. Btw, there have been cases of girl on guy rape and the reason girls dont rape guys is because men are physically stronger. You deny that and your iq is below 40.

  • @morikahjo Every man wishes to be raped by a woman.

  • men are such primal creatures! i myself was assaulted a couple of nights ago, when coming from work to my home...and the only thing that prevented the rape from happening was that i decided last minute) to not wear a long skirt for that day. that was a miracle decision that saved me from being raped. it's frustrating that women are the easiest target...it's a shame that women can't wear any skirts, because that is called "teasing". bunch of assholes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! =((

  • @preliminar That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard and an obvious lie. Someone who's determined to rape you wouldn't stop just because you're wearing pants or jeans rather than a skirt. What CAN stop it is a) fighting back or b) yelling for help.

  • @malvavisco10 DUMB is having no respect for victims that were attempted of rape. just because it didn't happened because that junkie quit to try to rape me for some reason, it doesn't mean that he didn't had the intention, which is serious and bad. only who lives the situation of fighting a man that clearly wants to rape you, knows how complex and delicate this is. you weren't there, u didn't lived it, so u can't argue about that. i was in the hospital and i still have bruises. RESPECT MY PAIN.

  • @preliminar I'm truly sorry...that you're illiterate and a horrible liar.

  • @malvavisco10 and i'm sorry you are american bullshit. with that trashy comments. AND I HOPE SOMEONE WILL RAPE YOU SOON!

  • @preliminar Cry some more, attention whore.

  • life is so strange..

  • the movie is boring..though she acted well

  • voodoo is the ULTIMATE defence.

...trust me, it is. It REALLY is the worst you can do to anothe human being, the psychological terror is incomparable to anything.

  • yawn... a hoe got raped... Next news story. Why would anyone feel sorry for her ?

  • @prissweb

What if you were the one getting raped. Would you want people to feel sorry for u?

    Just sayin'

  • @Ewiryh Why bring it up? You would just be putting yourself through painful memories. For example, Vietnam vets who went into therapy often had more severe shellshock than those that just put it in the past. Also, "Anal sex is a lot like spinach: if you're forced to have it as a child, you won't enjoy it as an adult."

  • @hinata1912

    Extremely bad comparison.

And the random childabuse quote was really unnecessary. Maybe talking to somebody about it, who'd FEEL SORRY for you and help you through it would make you feel better, mate? It's a shame what you had to experience as a kid. I'm truthfully sorry, I hope your anal did ok.

  • @Ewiryh

This was some whore who decided she didn't like it after the fact. Fuck her... oh wait... they already did. I bet she didn't even feel anything with all those miles on the tires.

  • @brooklyntrini1 - They made the bitch cum by the end of the scene...that was used against real chick in court; cuz all the witnesses heard her moaning and cumming!!! just a good fuck I guess..

  • @brooklyntrini1 : That movie was on inspired by / slightly based on a real life event. Even if not, this doesn't change the fact that there are countless cases of what film portrays.

  • @kaos3124 me and the law

  • Even if it wasn't rape and she was completely willing, you don't have sex in a public bar where everyone can see

  • Okay, call me an asshole or a sick person, but this is a two-faced crime. There were some events (according to the film) that led up to her being raped. She WAS being a tease, and she was a bit drunk, but after that it was out of her control. That is why I think she wasn't being careful.

  • @Litterboxer529 - that's like saying the rape was justified because she wore a pretty outfit. Rape is NEVER acceptable. I'm sorry if some people tease, but teasing - cruel as it is - is NOT an invitation.

  • @HypnoToad72 To a lot of people it is: They see a drunk girl giving you the old "Come here" finger (according to the film) the guy is going to think, "She's wasted. This will be easy." But then when they find out they're not, they decide to do it anyhow. THAT is when it was out of her control. That is why its a crime. I still think it's awful that a crime was commited on her part, and I do think it was a good movie. No, it wasn't her fault, but she wasn't being careful.

  • @HypnoToad72 heres an idea, dont provoke and then push something you dont want happening, why get half naked, start dancing, and then mock someone if you dont wanna get raped? stop putting the blame on everyone else but your damn selves, fucking bitch.

  • @Litterboxer529 men commit 99% of rapes (with male or female victims) according to the us department of justice statistics- men need to be 'careful' not to rape people. women don't need to be careful that something they are doing is causing rape, because it is very very clearly something that MEN are doing.

  • @maryandchild Do you really think I don't know that? I'm saying she shouldn't have been a tease, but it isn't her fault.

  • @Litterboxer529 flirting is not being a 'tease', and both men and women can change their minds at any time before or during sexual activity and revoke consent with the right to stop things from continuing or progressing. there is no such thing as a 'tease', nor does 'teasing' men mean that men have to respond to 'teasing' with rape. implying that flirting is something women shouldn't do because they might get raped is absurd and a misplacement of responsibility for rape and assault.

  • Looking back on this film it seems very heavy handed, almost cliched. Though at the time it created quite the stir.

  • The whole point of this movie is the fact that she was drunk and flirting which made the point that it doesnt matter what condition a woman or a man is in there is no excuse for taking advantage of the situation and raping them. None at all!!

  • omg, I read through somoe of the comments and I seriously hope that all the "she asked for it" "sometimes the women are partly to blame" idiots are trolling and not serious, because if they are, I'm ashamed to have a penis. A woman is NEVER asking for rape you dumbasses! And NEVER to blame, no means no and that's it!

  • @DerMorphy Thank you!

  • @MikiOkMu

Nothing to thank me for, just telling the truth :) Seriously, if there is one thing I hate, it's people like that.

  • @DerMorphy lol hilarious, true she was raped, but seriously who gives a damn? She obviously has had sex with plenty of people she didn't love so it's not like sex is sacred to her or anything, so what's the big deal? Granted it was wrong, but she's just a hoe, who cares? The law should be enacted, just because it's the law, not because I give a damn about some hoe. Tell me when someone who isn't a worthless piece of shit gets raped, and I might care, but until then, hahhaha, that's how it goes.

  • @ATENakaATON

Just because a rape victim had many partners before the rape occured, that doesn't make her any less of a victim. And from where do you get the idea that she had sex with plenty of people? As far as I remember, that's said nowhere in the movie. She's living with her bf (until she kicks him out for being a jerkass) and *he* is implied to be cheating on *her*, not the other way round. Not that it matters that much, rape is rape, at least we agree on the law part.

  • @DerMorphy didn't say the fact she was a hoe, changes the fact she was raped. I simply stated I could care less if some bar hoe got raped, the only reason i felt the men should be persecuted is to uphold the law. I'd prefer if they had slit her throat for good riddance and then we could give them all life in prison. As for her being a hoe, I can't prove it, but as Dave Chappelle, once said, she was wearing a hoes uniform. Walks like a hoe, talks like a hoe, and looks like a hoe, probably a hoe.

  • @ATENakaATON you should go to therapy for your issues with women and with sex. you will be much happier, guaranteed. consensual sex between adults is awesome, and having lots of consensual sex does not do anything to degrade your value as a human being or damage your character. consensual sex is healthy, fun, and normal. also, you DO realize that this is a movie trailer, right, and not a news story? no one cares if you care.

  • @maryandchild First if you didn't care you wouldn't respond. Second if a person does not hold sacred, then I don't see why them being raped would be a big deal, and anyone who would have casual sex is a person who doesn't hold sex sacred. Just seems silly someone who doesn't value sex all of a sudden wants to hold it as something holy when it's forced on them, lol. Any how I would say the value of a person is subjective, I don't hold much value for the average human life in the first place.

  • @ATENakaATON sorry, you're still confused! consensual sex with other people is not an invitation to rape- you do not have to hold sex 'sacred' to not want to be violently attacked against your will. rape is not the same as consensual sex between adults, so trying to draw a parallel will simply never work. again, i think you'd be a much happier and less confused person if you tried to get therapy for your issues with sex and women- i hope you can one day enjoy sex without guilt or hangups.

  • @maryandchild I think you misunderstand, I'm not saying she wanted to be raped, deserved to rape, or she had it coming. I'm simply stating I could care less. It's wrong but I don't find it to be that big of a deal. Should those men be punished, yes, but because of her system of values I see no reason to severely punish them, what they did isn't that big of a deal because sex isn't that big a deal for her. After all, all they did was force sex on her, they should be punished but not severely.

  • @ATENakaATON hmm wrong again- equating consensual sex with rape is a false equation. they are different things, psychologically, socially, physically, etc. rape is absolutely always a 'big deal' no matter what the victim says or does. but, lucky for you, rape is very rarely taken seriously or prosecuted in the US, so you get your wish. and, again, are you aware that this is a movie?

  • @maryandchild Yes I'm aware it's a movie, I'm communicating as though it were not, as for rape being different than consensual, I'm saying it's different, but sex is still just sex whether forced or not. If I forced someone to eat an Oreo who has eaten plenty of Oreo's before, it would be different than if the person had chosen to eat the Oreo, but the act is still just the act of eating an Oreo, forced or not. Now unless that person holds the act sacred what's the big deal? I could care less.

  • @ATENakaATON if every single act on earth were the same and we existed in a vacuum without context, eating an oreo would be the same as being raped. unfortunately, we do not, and rape is a really horrific violation of another person's body. to boil it down to being 'sex' or the same as sex shows a pretty naive, shallow understanding of both sex in general and of the crime of rape on your part. the fact that you are unable to view things in a realistic, nuanced adult context is sad.

  • @maryandchild the value of sex is subjective. That's your view as to the value of sex and if someone feels sex is no big thing than who am I to judge them wrong? The power of rape will be determined on what power the victim hold sex within, and if sex to them is mundane, than rape will not be a big deal, and I would not worry about the victim. However if a woman held sex as sacred than the rapist should be killed. I'm simply treating people accordingly, based on the extent of the damage.

  • @ATENakaATON You're an idiot

  • @gettinthemdegrees nah your just pushing your value system on this woman, and that's not your place or mine. She's a slut and that's okay with me, but that does affect the punishment for let the punishment fit the crime. Thanks though for letting me see your reaction, when you collect yourself and think it through let me know.

  • @ATENakaATON Theres nothing normal about u not caring about rape no matter the circumstance. What # of sexual partners exactly makes me ineligible for your sympathy? If I have 3 tats that I got voluntarily, does that mk it ok for someone to hold me down & give me 1 more? It is not up to u to determine a person's worth or supposed "value system". You really have some nerve. I guess it's good that u can @ least identify rape as wrong. Silver lining in a very fucked up cloud.

  • @carolinaAzz555 First I have not determined any ones worth, I'm determining an amount of damage. Second I have not determined their system of value, they have, I'm simply excepting it as it is. As for me not caring, I do not care about people who lives I consider to be of no value. If you want to care about everyone fine, that's your choice not mine, don't force your beliefs on others. Most people in fact do not care about everyone, some people are considered less than worthy.

  • @ATENakaATON Your "beliefs" are the same as the ones who ultimately got sentenced in this movie. This is not a "to each his own" type of situation. Empathy is not a way of life; it's a part of being human. Those w/o it are the Jeffrey Dahmers of the world. & u do realize u contradicted yourself don't u? "I hv not determined their value sys, they hv....I dont care about ppl whose lives **I** consider to be of no value." The fact she knew they were wrong & she wasn't shows she values herself.

  • @carolinaAzz555 I should be more clear then, my personal estimation of her worth takes no part in what actions i think should be taken. I feel the punishment should be based on the amount of damage they have inflicted and the damage of sex based crime will be less so upon someone who would be less damaged by a sex, a slutt in this case. My empathy or lack of should have no part in the punishment. As for me not having empathy, why should I? I care for my people, which she is not.

  • @ATENakaATON You are bringing far too much "logic" into a situation that does not qualify. This is rape, not a 3rd strike car theft. Who are you to say how much damage was done? Thinking like yours is the reason that many rape victims feel ashamed to come forward. How someone lives their life is irrelevant. They are entitled to their own body always. Anyone who's not a virgin probably won't be hurt physically by a rape. It's the emotional damage that you don't seem capable of grasping.

  • @carolinaAzz555 I'm typing about law and justice not revenge so logic will go a long way, not feelings and personal reactions, which as I said before my personal views have no bearing upon what the punishment will be. Much would be needed to be done by a psychologist and a doctor to determine how much harm was inflicted, a specialist not me. A judges job would be simply to view the evidence and determine the truth of it and the amount of damage done and follow then course of law.

  • @ATENakaATON Well you're not in a court room right now. You're just a person with an opinion & a viewpoint, and the one you have is cruel & insensitive. Tell me, if a strictly heterosexual guy whose had many, many sexual partners enjoys anal pleasure from his women (dildos & various other freaky objects) gets raped by a bunch of men, would you view that the same way you view this?

  • @carolinaAzz555 As for not being in court, I'm simply referring what the punishment should be under the assumption it was to be handed down by court. For your hypothetical, yes, if a man is a slutt and he gets raped, the fact he's a slutt will affect how much damage is done. I'm not mixing my morals with the punishment which I think should be a handed out, which I think should be a lawful one for the sake of fairness. I support the republic for which this nation stands.

  • @ATENakaATON You're a twisted individual. And I won't believe for one second that you had a normal upbringing or that nothing happened to you to make you believe this shit. Not with you sounding that much like a fanatic. I know a lot of men prefer to leave "emotions" out of an equation, but this is just ridiculous.

  • @carolinaAzz555 Perhaps you don't understand why we have law. You have no right to force your point of view upon others if the republic is upheld, otherwise you have tyranny. I think it's wrong to have sex with someone you don't love, but I certainly should not have the right to force my way of life on others nor another have the right to force their way of life on me. It's about freedom and justice. What you propose is self indulgence, basically tyranny for a good cause, but tyranny no less.

  • @ATENakaATON Omg, what does this have to do with totalitarianism? One thing has nothing and I mean NOTHING to do with the other. Implementing laws is what got those men locked up for what they did. We can agree that they were wrong based on LAWS. But now we're on the subject of personal beliefs & i def don't see how I show opposition to democracy by standing against an attitude as lax as yours about rape. Is this where I argue my 1st amendment? I swear, u are all over the place.

  • @carolinaAzz555 My personal belief is the punishment should be in accordance with the republic and our constitution is not a democracy. I'm not all over the place, your simply too dim to realize the implications of what your typing. I have stated my personal beliefs and I have stated I believe my personal beliefs should have no bearing on the judgement of the case to uphold the republic, because anything else would be tyranny. Perhaps your not fast enough to keep up.

  • @ATENakaATON Keep up w/ what?! What ur implying makes no fucking sense. You're trying to sound intelligent when you're far from it. Your personal beliefs have been carrying your arguments! The law, as flawed as it is, allows for consideration of a victim's rights beyond physical damages. Your "value system" bs has nothing to do with the law but did u not apply that when giving your own opinion on severity of ruling? Ur throwing "tyranny" around way too freely. Did u just learn that word?

  • @carolinaAzz555 I did in fact state my personal opinion of the individual would have no bearing on the punishment which should be based on the amount of damage in accordance with the republic, how many times do I have to spell that out for you? It has to be done this way otherwise you would have a tyrannical governing body. Now personally I could not give a damn about this woman one way or the other, but as I said, she has rights and they should be upheld, despite my feelings, for the republic.

  • @ATENakaATON Yeah, whatever. Long as the bastards get locked the hell up. How she lives her life is no one's business but hers. She still maintains full rights to her own body. You can judge her all u want but thinking it's anything less than abominable to rape her bc she made a dick hard? No siree. No one deserves to be violated in that way. Unless of course it's a guy who gets butt raped by another guy after being sent to jail for rape. That's just plain ol justice. :)

  • @carolinaAzz555 That's pretty much what i typed. Even though I do not care about her life one way or the other, she has rights, a right to not have my moral judgement forced on her, and i believe in that right not her, I particularly care about her. She deserves justice, but I could care less about her, it's the principle of the matter.

  • @DerMorphy No.

  • @DerMorphy You're the man, dude =D

  • @DerMorphy How much do I LOVE that this is the top comment!! Usually the stupidest most inconsiderate shit is sitting at the top of every video. And you're a guy which makes is sooo much better! I hate that "teasing" excuse. If I was a guy I'd be insulted for someone to insinuate I have so little control over myself. It's pretty sick to see people make excuses for rape. No means no...no matter how much it hurts to stop. That kind of control & reasoning is what separates us from the animals.

  • @carolinaAzz555

Yeah, that "She was teasing" excuse is so idiotic, come on guys, show some self control -.- That makes us men look as if once we get a hard-on, our brain stops working. Well, for some guys it IS like that, sadly enough, but not for ALL of us. And making excuses for rape is unforgivable.

  • @DerMorphy

Ironic how much of an idiotic ignorant comment you made here... rape isn't a 100% clear cut and dry issue, sometimes it IS the womans fault whether it be false accusation or pretending or other means(we're talking about human beings not godly truthful innocent beings here). Clearly you haven't been with many women or know anything about them or sex or fetishes in general... there's ALOT of women who condone and entice the act of rape as one of those fetishes... stating facts here!

  • @CrimsonSkies260

Well, as a gay man, I haven't been with any women at all. And, excuse me, but IF a woman is raped, it IS a clear cut! There's a difference between people enjoying role playing (which I assume you are referring to when you speak about rape as a fetish) and someone truly forcing themselves on someone else against their will.

  • And no I'm not defending trolls nor making accusations towards anything or anyone or condoning the act... just saying... pull your hypocritical head outta your *** >.< get the facts straight if your going to use ignorant statements like "NEVER" lol your no better than these people Dermorphy lmao

  • @DerMorphy ok fuckshow, you get your man card terminated yet faggot?

  • @allstar00442288

You're feeling like a big manly man now, aren't you :) Grow up, kid.

  • @DerMorphy oh yeah tough guy? I like your comeback "youre feeling like a big manly man now" LOL. "Grow up, kid" LOOOLLLLL.

  • @allstar00442288

Of course, your comments are so much more eloquent... I'm full of awe at your poetic use of words.

  • I watched this movie yesterday & Jodie Foster really is an amazing actress. She did a phenomenal job:)

  • it wasn't rape-rape

  • to bad Cheryl Araujo "the real rape victim" lost her life in a car accident a couple years after her attack. Her story inspired this movie, R.I.P

  • she's a pinball wizard!!!

  • i love this movie, when the guy cums inside her it looks like he's getting the most intense pinball high score of his entire life! xD he's like "YEAAAAAAAAH". 'never had a score this high!!!'

  • @plotchickens - his cum face is priceless!! He looks like he is going to pass out..I couldn't tell if the other guys also came in her...

  • Hahah!!! nice man, someone should make a video where it's just his cum face over and over

  • I was the accused in a rape trial a few years ago. It was total BS- she was willing all the way, only claiming she withheld consent afterwards.

The prosecution blatantly used the fact that I have appeared in adult films as a stick to beat me. Their chief council made a nauseating speech saying “the accused’s mind has clearly been turned away from decency by his depraved career, & now views all women as mere objects to feed his overweening desires.”

The jury saw sense and aquitted.

  • @SuperTruth77 lol reading that made me laugh

  • @jaguarclaw

lol? rape is crime, to a male or a female. open your eyes.

  • The oscars brought me up here

  • I masturbated furiously during the rape scene.

  • South park brought me here :)

  • Jodie foster was brillant in this flim but i found it upsetting to watch the rape scene.

  • 1:12 - "Hey, wanna play pinball? Lalalalalalala!" That's so awesome, HA HA HA HA HA!!

  • SO MUCH TROLLING GOING ON HERE

  • I watched this movie one time when I was twelve and never watched it again. Such a sad case. RIP to the real victim.
