  • "bread and meat" is not an Italian diet.... In Italy Italians most of the time eat red meat probably once a month , white meat no more then twice a week and there every day diet is usuraly bread, pasta, fruits vegetables and legumes n oliveoil .....in Australia thats where people eat alot of meat like every night for dinner..

  • I like that you gave someting specific that improves the way you feel. I'd like even more detail. What kind of exercise? How do you feel before and after?

Healing crisis is likely to be unique to the persons' healing needs. It depends on deficiencies, how toxic you are, or ANY problems.....and your past and present lifestyle.

  • so what if you have an o- blood type or o+ blood type then what would you eat?just wondering offhand if you would know?

    8) been watching, keep up the video's they really r helping me understand Raw. Thanks!!

  • O's are traditionally meat eaters, but I've read stories of very successful raw O's. Check out 'raw vegan family' I think the hubby is O and he is huge (lots of muscles). It may be more important to be high protein which you can do with things like hemp and bee pollen in smoothies :)

  • wow thanks I will .also thanks for commenting!

  • You could have lots of sprouted legumes on your salads too, lentils and mung beans are really good. Sprouting legumes vastly increases the bioavailability of the protein and nutrients in them and makes them much easier to digest :-)

  • maybe he goes through a 'healing crisis' because that's what he firmly believes that's what has to happen. the mind is so powerful like that isn't it? xx

  • thanks, i'm very interested in going raw. big step, but easier with someone like you sharing.

    peace,

    trish

  • well said ... i also don't believe we all have to experience detox symptoms or crises ... i've had very few, if any, as well ... although i've noticed plenty evidence of healing ... and yeah, exercise is very cool ...i'm amazed that i think that now, but i do :) ... xoxo
