Thank you for sharing this. I was walking around the neighborhood yesterday and I came across a young man whom I knew immediatley from past events, was blind. And I did the wrong thing and cam up and asked if he was lost. He didn't reply so I walked on. But now I know what to do. Thank you.
awesome advice Dr Betsy. I have no idea how i ended up here, but now i know what to do if i see a "lost" blind person.
