@MaverickRIDDLE idk about on a dirtymax but on my 7.3 at idle the 5 is quieter, but when you get on it you know she's there. I'm sure it's about the same on a chevy/gmc since they're both v8 td's. You wont be disappointed, I promise
@fballbud thansk for the info.. yeah, i have a friend with a 99 7.3L stroker with 5 inch exhaust and his is the same way as u just said, thats why i was curious what it would do with a duramax... i just orderd my 5 inch kit and a 3inch expanded round downpipe instead of the flat junk oval shaped one that is there now so im goin to find out what it sounds like pretty soon... and try 2 get a vid up
