  • Hello i have a Blackberry 9300 Curve - the options i have when i open the bb tray is

    sounds

    networks

    display

    typing and input

    device

    call management

    accessibility

    third party applications

So how do i access advanced if it isnt there when i have searched ? ? reply ASAP :]

  • @TheIntollerantt we have a video on how to unlock the curve 9300. You would need to go to Options => Device => Advanced System settings => SIM Card and follow the rest of the steps. This is for all 6.0 and 7.0 devices.

  • Hello, I just bought a unlock code from you guys. 9700. I managed to unlock the blackberry but it won't detect Tmobile network. It's in roaming mode. The phone was originally locked to rogers.

  • @scvs2 give your phone a reboot by pulling out your battery. If it doesn't work, then contact our support team from our site by clicking on the support tab.

  • @cellfservices Oh, could it be a setting that I'm suppose to change inside the phone since it was edge beside the signal bar.

  • @scvs2 it's possible. But T-mobile runs on 1700/2100mhz for their 3G and 4G signals so you cannot get 3G using a Rogers phone since they operate on different frequencies. EDGE is right. If you have any questions, contact our support team as we are minimal to our knowledge in troubleshooting here on YouTube :)

  • i found this phone over the wood where i live it has a password can i get into it? i wanna give it back but cant phone anyone or anything?

  • Guys i have a blackberry bold 9700 and i have no tries left, what can i do :/ help?

  • i have a simcard but it said unknown number plz help me

  • @markus8909 Please watch our video on how to check if your BlackBerry is already unlocked. If your Blackberry is still locked, that is why you are getting that message.

  • so if i purchase an unlock code for my sprint blackberry 8530 , i could use it for tmobile afterwards ?

  • @SKEETnMP5 you have the right idea. But the phone must have GSM capabilities. Since the 8530 does not have a SIM card slot, it cannot be unlocked. The 8520 could be unlocked. Sprint BlackBerries that can be unlocked are the Tour 9630, Bold 9650 and the Bold 9930.

  • what does it mean if the network is disabled??

  • what does unlocking it do ??

  • how do you get the code ???

  • @mrtatum8 the unlock code can be purchased from our website.

  • Can You Get A Code For Free A=Or Does One Come With Your Phone???

  • @123zorob123 unfortunately you cannot get the code for free. We even pay our vendors for our codes, hence, we have to charge for the unlock codes to our precious customers.

  • @123zorob123 yes you can, you call your company and tell them your going out of town and want to use a foreign sim card, if they have it on file they will give it to you, if they dont then they will email it in a week or so

  • uRock

  • where u find that code

  • @072512djar the unlock code can be purchased through our website.

  • how do you know your password were can i find my

  • @rashidps3 you'd have to purchase your unlock code from our website. You can link to it through our channel.

  • it says tht my service provider is active whgt should i do?

  • @ATLASBroS my guess is that you have either a Telus or Bell BlackBerry. You'd have to purchase the unlock code for it. Instead of typing MEP alt 2, you'd have to type MEP alt 4.

  • When I typed in 'MEPD' nothing happened

  • @DanRaynbird try typing it in capital letters

  • @cellfservices I did, still don't work

  • my cell phone is hard locked after too many tries can it stil be unlocked.

  • @blackrider33 unfortunately you cannot unlock a BlackBerry after it has been hard locked.

  • hey just want to ask if you where able to unlocked your blackberry? i have the same problem too

  • @blackrider33 if it's a blackberry use blackberry desktop manager. is it a blackberry?

  • My phone says that my Network is also "Disabled".

I noticed you said that it means that its already unlocked.

but why arent I aloud to send and recieve texts and such if thats so?

  • how do I find out my specific code ? someone help

  • do you think this would work with a curve 9300 in canada "fido"? please reply, thanks!

  • my Network is disabled, what should i do?

  • @MrJakewang it means your phone is already unlocked!

  • hey i have a and question i have a rogers black berry bold 9700 and i unlocked it but my moblicity sim card does not work in it any codes that it will make it work?

  • @FreshPrince1997 Mobilicity is not a GSM carrier. They operate on the 1700mhz frequency and Rogers phones do not support that frequency. Hence, a Rogers unlocked BlackBerry will not work on that network or on WIND as it is the same as Mobilicity.

  • when i type in MEP2 the box to type in the unlock code doesn't come up....what should i do?

  • @bigkenn40 click on our channel and watch our "Is my BlackBerry already unlocked" video. It'll give you a good idea of what to look for.

  • i did unlock my bold 9700 with rogers. now im using it with fido but cant use the internet or the emails.....why?

  • @zaidtoronto contact your service provider to set up your data settings with them.

  • anyone have a coupon code?

  • I cant enter the code. when I type MEPD the five lock keys are there but, the weird thing is I have Sim Card security enabled, instead sim card not found. And My phone number shows and the network is not enabled and it shows my ID. Do you know what to do in order to enter my code. I have it already...

    Thanks.

  • @Giiirgis insert an unaccepted SIM card. You should be asked if you want to enter in the unlock code. Select yes and enter it in.

  • @cellfservices Ok Ill tryyy to enter another sim card. Thankks! But just a little question, is it normal that my mobile network is either off either on sos ?

  • @Giiirgis no. Off means the Mobile network is actually off. SOS is a SIM card error. Best of luck.

  • @cellfservices thaank you hope itll work :S

  • Wow after watching this, I'm seeing that Blackberry phones are waaaay easier to unlock than a iPhones.

  • how do i find network MEP code

  • @Roman2737 you can purchase the code from our website.

  • hahahaha i tryed the code and it work!!!!

  • doesnt matter now, got it replaced shortly after and its working fine this new one :)

  • After the 6th or 7th try it finally let me enter in the whole 16 digit code that you provided and unlock my phone! Thank you Cellfservices, you guys are great!!!!! :-)

  • mepd doesnt work on my phone

  • @009chase type it in capital letters.

  • I purchased an MEP code from the link you provided but my code is too long for the space provided... what do I do?

  • @tsivayakubova your best bet is to contact our support team. They'd be able to help you out with this. Some carriers require 8 digit codes, while others need 16 digit codes. You may have selected the incorrect carrier in your order submission.

  • I cnt add people on BBM :/

  • I want to get a 9780 with Wind but they're out of stock. Do I need to get an unlocked bb specifically for Wind/Mobilicity because I hear they don't run the same frequencies as all other providers.. ?? But some phones say unlocked for "Wind, Mobilicity, Rogers, Fido, Chatr" like this right here.. Is it a lie, what exactly must I do to get an unlocked 9780 with Wind?

  • do you guys accept pay pal?

  • @denzelmondal9 yes we do. We accept PayPal, Visa and Mastercard.

  • @cellfservices ok are you sure this work 100 percent ???

  • will unlocking the mobile get rid of an imei block?

  • Thanks. Worked with ChatR

  • how much is it?

  • @17JackT depending on the carrier that your phone is from it will either be 16.99 or 21.99.

  • I got a Verizon cell phone; but it has a PASSWORD on the main screen - any idea on how to RESET IT ?or TURN IT OFF ??

  • @alfpenn we cannot assist in breaking into someone else's phone.

  • @alfpenn keep getting it wrong until it erase EVERYTHING i just did it thanks to mehh cousin help

  • hey from where u get that unlock code?? WHERE CAN I FIND IT

  • @GHAZI096 you can purchase the unlock code from our website.

  • @cellfservices how much dun say 20$ cuz i rather crack it den .. or buy a unlock sim ..

  • @kenllll It is $16.99 - $21.99. If you have the time and the knowledge, you're more than welcome to attempt to unlock it yourself. Keep in mind that there is a limited number of tries before your phone is unlocked. Good luck!

  • awesome instruction...i was able to unlock my BB 9900. but when i inserted my wind chip…the phone did not recognize the chip…anyone know why? phone was originally from rogers.

also does anyone if BB 9900 requires a special simcard.

  • @mazahercb WIND uses the 1700mhz frequency. The Rogers Bold 9900 does not support that frequency. You would have to get a T-mobile USA. Bold 9900 to use it on WIND.

  • so bro, if i have a verizon blacberry bold 9700 and i want to use a tmobile pay as you go sim card, will it work?

  • this stupid fucking blackberry! When i enter MEPD it comes up everything disabled! Then when i enter MEP2 nothign happens! Everyone saying it is unlocked so i put a new sim card in and nothing works. Security disabled is says?? Help

  • everything was so amazing!!!

i just followed the simple instruction, have my CC, and thats it!!!

    instantly, my BB was unblock...coooolllll!!!!!

  • OMG!!!!!

    it really works!!!! instantly!!!!\

    WOW!!!

    thanks cellfservice!!!!

  • am still waiting for my MEP CODE???? how long it will take?? i sent my request already and waiting for your reply...thankz... mandi j of..AED

  • @mandz0216 All of our BlackBerry codes are sent INSTANTLY. If you didn't get it, it's probably in your spam or was lost in the transfer of data. Just go to our website and under the support tab, there's a link that goes to "Track Order". You'll be able to see your unlock code with instructions by using your order number and e-mail address that you registered with us.

  • So if I have a Blackberry Bold 9700 locked to AT&T, I could just buy your code for U.S.A. - AT&T, insert the IMEI, and follow these instructions to unlock the device?

  • @RST1123 That's exactly what it is.

  • Or you can just call ur service provider and tell them ur moving to mexico and after some questions i got my unlock code for free

  • I actually just had my Blackberry 9780 unlocked by them just today. Service was quick and efficient and it worked on the first try. I hope the price on Samsung unlocking goes down. I wanted to unlock that phone but was hit by a $35 buck price. I'll wait for it to be cheaper to have that phone unlocked.

  • wow..255 left?how do u do that?normally its just 10 left..

  • @derekkerr83 some phones have 255 tries while most others have 10.

  • i have a rogers phone and i tried to unlock it so i could use it for bell i followed your instructions and used the code i was given but when i took it to bell they said it wasnt unlocked from rogers?

  • @nantucket1234able you would need to contact whoever it is that you purchased the code from for Technical support. Our technical support team assists those with an order number from us related to that order. YouTube is a place for general inquiries for us.

  • if i use a sim card that is not mine, what would happen to the sim?

  • @iSkateBoard10 absolutely nothing! If you unlock your phone, you can use any SIM any time. You just swap it out whenever you want.

  • Hi, My phone does not respond to the command MEPD So I cant even try to put the code

  • @blackie4t the code we used in this video will not work for your phone. Try to type MEPD in in capital letters. That will bring up the personalization menu. Then type in MEP alt 2. Then you will need to enter in the unique unlock code for your specific phone's IMEI. It should be a pretty straight forward procedure.

  • @cellfservices

after i typed in MEPD, i go to the personalization menu, but when i tried to type MEP2, it does not show anything, and i did press the ALT key

  • will thid work with bold 9000

  • @mrshiva100 yes . It is the same procedure to unlock the Bold 9000, but you do need to purchase your own unique unlock code as the one in this video will not work on your phone.

  • Sweet! Just unlocked my BB Bold 9700. Thanks guys!

  • Hey, I really need some help!!

My blackberry curve 9300 is hardlocked, I opened the screen where you enter the unlock code, and to exit I was pressing the end call button. I didn't know that this would waste my 10 tries, and I didn't know there's no way of getting those chances back... I really really need help, since I can't afford to buy a new phone and now I'm pretty much stuck with nothing...

PLEASE HELP!!! Is there anything I can do!?

    Thanks! ❤

  • @xTrendsetter if you're BlackBerry is hard locked, unfortunately, there's nothing that can really be done at this time.

  • mine is hardlocked

  • My Black Berry Is Updated, & Is Not Shown Like Yours So How Can I Find Where To Get That SIM Card Screen & Type In The Code

  • @Mackanomics103 I'm guessing you have OS 6.0. You can go to options => device => advanced system settings => SIM card to check if your phone is already unlocked or hard locked. You can view our other videos to confirm this information.

  • how do you get the unlock code???

  • @Mackanomics103 the codes can be purchased from our website as each unlock code is unique to each individual phone.

  • @cellfservices I got my phone unlocked today & it didnt list Moblicity(My Phone Company) Do I Need A Different Black Berry For It To Work??

  • @Mackanomics103 it has hard to see what your order number is from your screen name on YouTube. You can contact our support team and they'd be more than happy to help you out with your inquiries. Please make sure that you state your order number when submitting your inquiry.

  • I just wana jail break my phone with out paying money to some gay website cant i just like enter a simple code in my phone and be good to go?

  • @Aviator0x8 there's no such thing as 'jailbreaking' a BlackBerry. jailbreaking is for iPhones. As for unlocking, each unlock code is unique to your phone. You are not paying a 'website', but you are paying a company to provide a service for you. I hope that answers your question.

  • @cellfservices K what does unlocking your phone do?

  • @Aviator0x8 it allows you to use any GSM SIM card in one single phone. If you ever travel out of the country, then you can use prepaid services without paying roaming fees. You'll get a local number and the local rate as well. Also, if you have a phone that is not from the network carrier you use, you can use that phone on a GSM network in your country as well.

  • @Aviator0x8 O i was hoping it would like unlock cool hidden features and stuff :(

  • On your website, it says that Bell and Telus require a different code? So I have to call them up directly, instead of buying an unlock code from you guys?

  • @StringsCrusader we provide all special codes (MEP2 and MEP4) for Bell and Telus phones. Most of the newer Telus BlackBerries require an MEP4 code, but we provide that. Some of the Bell phones such as the 9700 and 9000 require an MEP2 and MEP4 - we provide both of those codes with the purchase.

  • @cellfservices Damn that was a fast answer. :) Okay. Thanks for the info!

  • where do i get the unlock code from?

  • Hi.

I have a blackberry that a mate found it's a white 9700 on Vodaphone. Im going to attempt to unlock it and the top right is saying SOS so im possibly thinking Vodaphone have either blocked the sim card or the phone. If i get it unlocked to be compatible with my Orange sim card will that then work?

    Many thanks

  • @DizzeeDaz2k5 yes. I would check to see if the phone is hard locked first. You can find this out by going to our blog and typing in 'is my blackberry hard locked' and you should be able to find your answers there.

  • @DizzeeDaz2k5 I've tried to find out if it is hard-locked and i type in the MEPD but no other screen comes up :/.

  • Hey, I have a barred Blackberry Bold, Im from UK and it doesnt recieve calls or make calls in UK. It is unlocked and when i put my o2 sim in i can use the internet, but cant recieve calls or make calls. can you help me with that?

  • @ghussainj unfortunately this is out of our area of expertise. We provide SIM unlocking services, however, this seems to either be a compatibility issue or a settings issue.

  • hi roger, you seem to know what your on about... ive got the bold 9700... the start-up and power-off screen come up saying 'orange' yet ive got a o2 sim in it... my question is, i can only do bbm, and web on it atm... some guy told me that it sounds like its Blocked... any idea how i can unblock it? could you message me about this please :) thanks, sam!

  • @MrKipkila yes. you will need to get your unlock code from our website and you will be able to unlock your t-mobile blackberry.

  • what happens if it says code failed

  • @Treec there is no error message on BlackBerry phones that says code failed. If it says Code Error, contact the company you got the unlock code from.

  • your unlock code was 8 digits . the one i bought was 16? any help?

  • @DaddyBryBry101 Some BlackBerry codes are 8 digits and others are 16 digits depending on the network carrier the phone is locked to and the model of the phone.

  • @cellfservices how much do you charge cause i paid $15 ? might have to buy from you .

  • blackberry bold want to switch to att please asist

  • @DudeRanger1 you will need an unlock code to do that. If you have a BlackBerry that's not locked to AT&T and you want to use it on the AT&T network, please visit our website. There is a direct link in the more info section on this video to get to the proper link.

  • I have a Blacberry Bold 9700, it's showing code MM6 stating that it is locked. Is there a way to save this phone other than purchasing a new circuit? Any help much appreciated.

  • @247mountainrider the MM6 message has nothing to do with SIM unlocking, so unfortunately, we cannot help in this issue as it is out of our area of expertise.

  • hello.....i hav blackberry 9700 and now it hardlocked and showing MEP Code 0 left. Is it possible to unlock my BB 9700. Plz kindly help me with this

  • i got my code and everything and im using my used tmobile sim but when im at MEPalt2 it dosent show mep box help!!!!!

  • @hellodomoful if you purchased it from us, you can contact support from our website.

  • Do I Need A New SIM Card !!!

  • @PlanBSkater005 To actually unlock it, you do not need a new SIM card. Unlocking will however all you to use this phone with any GSM SIM card.

  • @cellfservices im using a tmobile blackberry and sim card will this affect the unlocking

  • @hellodomoful no it will not.
