My friends and I are avid Kempo and Parkour practitioners, "ParKempo" if you will;
but a few weeks ago, I partially tore one my hams, and i've been going to physio therapy sessions. They've helped, and still are helping.
But I'm set on healing properly, and re-gaining all the strength for explosive movements, and all of the impact I've been involved with before.
I'm worried that I won't get back to where I was, is there anything I should know?
