to do it So You KNOW im not LYING go into a howitzer aim where you want and fire the howitzer as soon as the screen changes from it showing the howitzer fire to the camera thing get out then get back in and u can fire again.

roflmao you just jump out as soon as you shoot it it doesnt register as a hit as the artillery strike does hit anything and just resets,therfore it is not a reload

funny that only 2 things come down when an artillery strike puts multiple hits down????

cause they are. they do real damage unless you get out too early in which case the shots wont count but if u wait till screen change they are registered as normal howitzer shells.
