You get ur grades, transcript and ACT/SAT scores and send them to the clearing house. They assign someone then to investigate and then clear the player to play. UL came close to winning if not for the 2nd half UK surge. Calling a particular player a 'thug' is silly. A majority of players would react the same way. Also, I do totally see the knee that Swopshire threw, but it seems to be part of the tussle over the loose ball, whereas Cousins seemed to have intent after the play was over. The whole thing can't be seen to well here, it's much better when looked at in slow-mo and a few different angles. However, in the end it's definitely true that the Cards were fired up, and so were the Cats, and if Cousins was thrown out, Swopshire probably should have been in the same position.

The thing that I find interesting is that the referees first reaction was to T up the two Louisville players. It took them several minutes to additionally T up Cousins. Based on everything that had been happening to that point, the refs knew that Louisville players had been instigating, baiting and taunting. Louisville set the tone for the game and got the UK players and fans more involved.

Bledoe's play on the sideline dive- his elbow was out of bounds but this video cuts off the bottom of the screen so you can't see it. That was a big play in the game at that point. Momentum changer. Kentucky got lucky to beat UofL. Cousins and Bledsoe should have both been ejected.

What he is saying to the ref is I'll be friendly with you after the game, but you called the foul on the wrong player. i.e. the foul should've been called on Delk not Bledsoe.
