It's called natural selection. People of African descent come from an evolutionary lineage that selected for speed. This gave then an evolutionary advantage in their environmental niche. Being a young, white sprinter in a sport dominated by blacks it is awesome to finally see a white dude with a lot of potential and natural talent, but the dude is correct; Christophe has a long way to go before he's messing with bolt, tyson, asafa, mullings etc. I really think he can though; he's still learning and improving. I'll say 9.85.

J'adore le journaliste "sportif" (???) ! il mise la victoire de Lemaitre sur une possible "erreur de la nature", une "exception génétique" de ses mots...j'hallucine...Je lisais sur yahoo à l'instant que sa victoire "agace"...à bien y réfléchir et lire certains commentaires, OUI, son record "agace"... l'avenir s'annonce radieux! Mais surtout : Bravo à Christophe!

@1277alej tiens , un petit screen au passage au cas où , histoire de te le renvoyer si jamais il venait à remporter un titre mondial.Le sujet ici est l'athlétisme mais il semblerait que les fans de football s'ennuient et veulent pourrir l'ambiance.Vous n'êtes juste que des étrons bourdonnants de mouches flottants ça et là dans l'énorme chiotte turque qu'est devenue la France.Vivement que l'on tire la chasse

@angryheavyriff Je ne suis meme pas un fan de foot et surtout je suis un blanc FRANCAIS!!!! j'aime l'athletisme et c'est excellent ce qu'il vient de faire(final europeen et le record de la France) ,mais avec un personal best de 9 98 et gagner la final europeenne en 10 11 je trouve que c'est n'est pas du tout bien au niveau mondial c'est tout que je dis

@1277alej C'est pas que c'est pas bien, c'est qu'il s'est chier dessus au départ, qu'il a battu comme un grand pour remonter, et qu'il remonte et dépose ses adversaires à 7 centièmes. C'est pas du niveau mondial affiché sur le chrono, c'est sur, mais si on s'y connait en athlé, toute personne qui a vu son départ n'aurais jamais pensé qu'il serait revenu avec un Chambers qui semblait avoir toutes les cartes en mains mais qui a craqué. Bravo Lemaître.

@vgta123 je suis d'accord avec toi, il s'est bien chié dessus au départ. se qui est encourageant, il a 20ans et est encore en pleine progression. Alors avec un meilleur départ et en pleine maturité, le record de France de 9,98 va surement être pulvérisé une paire de fois. Après mr les journalistes, par pitié n'écrasé pas se jeune talent comme d'autre avant lui^^

@1277alej en attendant il a vingt ans il est tout frais en ce qui concerne les compèt , il part comme une merde il finit devant christie les doigts dans le nez , il s'agit des championnats d'europe , je sais pas qui t'a raconté que dans les championnats nationaux , d'europe , d'afrique etc il fallait être à un centième du record du monde mais en tout cas il t a bien pris pour un con et ça marche.

@1277alej par contre je ne sais pas si tu es au courant mais usain bolt a couru comme une merde aux championnats du monde , par rapport a Zblokosblip de la galaxie 4785XX dans la constellation de l'urètre qui se teleporte sur 100 mètres en 0,009 sec.

@colebri38 J'ai jamais compris ce défaitisme d'avance, même quand un de nos athlètes devient champion d'Europe et fait un meilleur temps que Bolt au même âge. Soyez heureux qu'un français soit fort en sprint !
