Skunk would win hands down. No animal can tolerate the smell of direct skunk spray. The skunk only uses it for defense in nature, but if it was a head-to-head fight, it would just hose the bear down in it. I've ben sprayed before, and I can't even imagine how bad it would be if I got 6 times the normal dose and had a nose that was 1000x times more powerful than the human nose. Even the spray I recieved made me incredibly nauseous and lightheaded...
