The spring tides can be pretty full. I remember going to school on the bus about that time of year and after some very heavy rainfall and southwesterly gales coming right on the high spring tide, it had spilled over, wrecking stock in the old co-op furniture centre and several other shops. Yep, we used to have shops in town!

Pretty full-up, just surfed the tidal bore on Monday evening. Rode from the Express park up to the first bridge. Beauty!
