  • ABSOLUTELY !!!!!!! We've had to wait for the mass-market re-release of the first LP on CD far TOO long.

  • A post, (on another uTube GMF vid,) said that Wounded Bird was going to re-release the first three LPs on CD later this year. Let's hope it's true.

Email them like I did to convince them it is a good idea.

Thanks for posting this excellent set of live vids.

  • gary announced the re-release of the LPs should be in 2 months.

  • Timeless awesomeness.

  • this is so great. it is bringing back so many great memories. i am going to pull out all of my Gary Myrick LP's:)

  • Thank you for putting this on YouTube.

  • The boob shake at 1:00 is awesome. And yes, this is "the band that could have been" of the 80's, much like Walt Mink was of the 90's.

  • The American soul of New Wave.

Rock guitarist extrordinaire. Band that that could have been...

  • Used to love jamming this song, it kicks ass.

  • great album, this and talks in stereo were my favorites from this, good stuff, loved the sound of his voice, strange though he never found his niche, changed image and sound too much. once you go 80's pop, hard to shake the label, just ask the thompson twins if you can find them

  • Hmmm, I wonder if this guitar riff inspired Loverboy's song Working for the Weekend. It sounds allot alike. And it came out a year later.

  • One of the few acts that made the '80s look good! Art in an industrial sea of factory-pop grot.

  • thats my guitar teacher HELLO

  • Take notes and listen carefully, he is a GOD!!! He is just amazing! Love Ya, Gary!!

  • great band, great sound and very under rated. Good party band

  • this is so fantastic!!!

Gary Myrick and the Figures are f*cking legendary!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Cool blast from the past!!! Got any more??

  • What a legend

  • A legend to you and Gary Myrick...I suppose that is all.

  • F'n A, mofos. This was what early 80s rock was all about. Great album,

great live performance. Gary Myrick and the MF Figures should have been huge but someone (probably their label) blew it and there you go....Madonna, who cant sing and buys her songs gets huge. Long live Gary F'n Myrick!

  • This is how start a record and say hello!!!

  • THANKS FOR THE VID

  • POUND THAT MOTHERFUCKER OUT, GARY.

  • Agreed! Excellent Bass by David Dennard.

    Great Live performance.

  • GREAT BASS PLAYING!

    GARY REALLY ROCKS

  • Gary ROCKS the house HARD! This is an excellent performance - the audience thinks so, too.

    Carol
