  • I got this facial "stuff" because its not really a traditional cleanser, anyways I got this stuff from LUSH and its called AQUA... something or other but, omg its wonderful it has calamine and other natural stuff in it and its rolled in seaweed...and I use their BB SEAWEED mask and I swear my skin has shown a world of difference since I started using it.

  • I had acne since i was 13,i tried different ways to cure my acne but none of that works.so one day,i decided not to use anymore moisturizer or toner or any other acne creams.less than one week,my acne has almost cleared up.i was very surprised!the only thing left on my skin was those annoying acne marks.and i do say that diet is very important.acne comes from our internal health.so cure it internally, not externally.hope this helps!

  • @Shishido Yeah.. Nothing beats the acne solution site StopAcneToday.Info.. I thought it was just a topical acne program scam but when I tried it myself, In just a short week, my skin looked clearer and lighter.. My skin problems including acne and acne marks were all gone.. :))

  • I am a Japanese woman 43 years of age. I grew up mostly in the US though. The other day, I went to the cosmetic section in a department store. A young lady, looking at and touching my face, thought I was only 28 years old. I think our genes got a whole lot to do with the smoother/younger looking skins we generally have. And I put some sun block on EVERY SINGLE DAY since I was actually 26 years old. Also, I don't smoke or drink alcohol. That probably helped as well.

  • Actually I am also japanese and I have very fair skin that is super clear. What's my secret? Just use a good quality soap with moisturizer and water :D

  • I've just started eating sea vegetables like Wakame, Kelp, Hjiki, Dulse, Kombu, ect. They are all seaweeds but are rich in vitamins and minerals. You can find them at your local health food stores or asian supermarkets! I have noticed my skin looks better but im doing other things too. Im starting a probiotic, vitamin and mineral rich diet called "The Body Ecology Diet" founded by Donna Gates! I officially start in two days but have been implimenting these foods into my diet. Look this stuff up

  • Any time you make soup, rice and stirfrys you should add sea weed! It's in every supermarket isle and it's cheap. Put one piece of sea weed paper in warm (Cut paper into strips or crumble it up) water until it's soft then add it to food! It's so good for you and you can even add it to water until it's soft and rub over skin as a face mask...it's great!

  • Youtube has so many pages its crazy! Thought I would say hey after viewing your page.

  • Can some one tell me were I could find (wakame)! Cuz I really need it. And I would like to have a radiant skin

  • green tea helps, (my sis drinks it all the time) she said it helps you look better

  • @british123able After you make green tea and let it cool down, dip a cotton pad into the tea and apply over face as a toner! It's great for skin care too!

  • theres a jap girl who works at my place, and i asked her how old she is (i thought she was 23) shes 37, and i was going to try and give it a pop too!

  • I'm going to check out this wakame kelp....asap...need beautiful skin and beside its high in antioxidents!

  • where can u get FRESH wakame seaweed??

  • Is wakameee available in london?

  • im part japanese but my skin isn't as beautiful as other asian skins are. not sure why but I'll try this tip thanks :)

  • I am Japanese.

My daughter has never put any foundations on her face. She does not care her skin with any chemical moisturizer, her skin care is just washing her face twice a day. Many her friends compliment her skin in US and England.

We eat see weeds three times a week at least.Sea weeds help not only your skin but also your hair would be rich and thick.

You can take sea weeds in salads, sea food soups and Sushi with Nori as a black sea weed wraps. Good luck!

  • @AmbreEyes1 Japanese and Koreans have the best skin!

  • @RareJadeForest06 maybe but its yellow..

  • @kamela92 okay? so what if it's yellow? I could care less if it's black, red, brown or green skin. I'm talking about how their skin glows and is so soft and beautiful looking, not the color. I am Asian and I love having yellow skin, I don't even see anything wrong with that. Just like people with white, tan, or brown skin. They are all beautiful to me. Are you trying to be racist? Because I hope not.

  • @AmbreEyes1 but when you have blemished skin...

    is this even possible?

  • @nynafrank

    Sorry for delay.

Well, it depends on a condition of skin, if it was caused by pimples and freckles, they must be better.Sea weed has a lot of fibers and minerals from sea so it helps to clean your skin from inside of your body. We Japanese believe that we change our skin from inside of our bodies by foods.

  • @AmbreEyes1-- i live in london and ive alwaysed wonder how japanese people have such clearn smooth skin my ex was japanese and her skin was amazing she looked atleast 5 years younger then what she was.. when i moisturize i make sure theres lil or no chemicle... avon works well on my skin.. im going to start eating seaweeds but sushi im going to say no to lol...

  • @frozenimpact

    Sorry for delay.

Well, it must be quite difficult for British people to eat sea weeds because it is very new for you but while I was in Britain, I cooked "Sea weeds salad" to my British friends. You will put some sea weeds into your usual salad as spring onions. Please try to find good dressings to match by their flavour. Good Luck.

  • @AmbreEyes1 What kind of sea vegetables? and where do you get them from?

  • @niamh2739

    Sorry for delay.

Sea weeds as Nori( 海苔), Wakame( ワカメ), Kombu(昆布)as a sort of Laminaria. You will find them in Asian grocery, Japanese or Chinese foods suppliers.

  • @AmbreEyes1 Lol thanks. I got some already I am just finding the larger pieces and thicker weeds to stomach texture/ flavor ...now I l;ove stuff that tasts like the sea and stuff that is salty but this stuff is ...whew lol I will keep trying I think that I am going to try the flakes and put it in a salad or on rice or some thing...I have no problem with nori but the others...any suggestions? Or should I just learn to aquire the taste?

  • @AmbreEyes1 what does your daughter use to moisturise her face? and what about sun protection?

  • @ilikeporcupinesss

She does not use moisturizer from some cosmetic counter, just eating normal foods.Compering to American or British girls, she has much more vegetables including sea weeds and water, also she eats some fruits once a day and has no habit to drink. About sun protection, she uses normal 50 one from CVS. She doesn't go out without it in summer. Please wash your face to keep clean before going to bed because the skin cells are reborn while you are sleeping.

  • @AmbreEyes1 does she use japanese moisturizers?

  • LOL! long URL!!

  • Does xtend life help to prevent sagging skin?

  • @bloodysnowball23 yes it does :)
