is anyone else having problems with frame rate for this game. i get avg 22fps. in gay tony over the water it goes down to 7fps. gta 4 i get an avg of 57.31fps.

@LiGhTwOlF1308 also i cut parts from the video, this is because it are parts that take to long or where i get stuck. So all unwanted and unnecessary parts are not in the video.

My recording time was 15 minutes and youtube allow only 10 minutes max.
