I could be deep and say i relate to this little boy... and see the shell he has cocooned himself with. The possibility that this protective shell actually prevents him from embracing his fellow human.. keeping him from playing with others at recess, eating alone in the lunchroom. Or i could just say the truth, which is because of his turtle neck collar...
