hey nice video man! I really commend your health and your running. I have been running for 5 years ( just broke 17 minutes in the 5k, WHO! ). I really want to get in to marathons and ultra distance but it would interfere with my 5k 10k training regimen! nice videos, keep them up!
What is your opinion on chia seeds vs Salba brand chia? I've been taking Salba (one tablespoon in the AM and one before bed) for the past 2 months but I ran out a week and a half ago and have just been trying to save money. I've been able to notice a significant difference in how my energy is throughout the day and it's effected my memory (if I can remember correctly) so I'm definitely going to get back on it but I'd like to not spend so much on it...
@onelifelefttodie Yeah, they can be really expensive. I don't like buying the "name-brand" stuff because it's terribly marked-up. I typically buy the bulk packages off Amazon which has always worked well for me.
@marckrejci Also, is it really necessary to let the seeds set in water for some time? I've been just putting them in a shot glass and tossing them back ha ha. Washing them down of course but just avoiding having to contend with the texture or flavor.

Do you always drink it before your runs? Or sometimes do you drink it in between your runs?

@SuperMokeyy I'll drink it before longer runs. Lately, I've gotten into just bringing them dry with me for very long runs (20+mi)
