She rolled with the punches after he left, but it became apparent when his peaceful ways disappeared, and her more in your face approach took over. The demonstration in front of Madison was his last input into the project. I'm only posting this because I am he, and honestly was never given credit for my ideas.

The officer first must have reasonable suspicion that a crime is being or has been committed and he must be actively investigating this crime. The ID given can be verbal since the is no requirement to carry a physical form of ID.

If he walks up to me and just asks for my ID, I can quite simply respectfully tell him to go pound sand.

IF I wanted to see what the cops were really like and how they handled their jobs? I would put them in a more realistic situation and the video them. Setting up a broken TV, not plugged in, and blocking the sidewalk watching it? Tells us nothing. And whole the immature viewers on YOUTUBE can complain about the way the police (security guard) handled the situation: it means nothing. This is difficult to explain in a couple of hundred characters.

First of all, street theatre isn't illegal, nor was the point to get the cops attention, which you clearly stated earlier was the reason.

Second, the only thing the officer can do is charge obstructing traffic, which she wasn't. And no, she wasn't blocking the sidewalk.

Thats it. No one cares to see what cops are really like in more realistic situations. We're commenting on this video, not another one.

You must not have actually SEEN the video. Since it starts with the cop grabbing the TV we do not know What she might have done to cause the disturbance in The Force. If you KNOW what happened before the video starts? Please put up your video so we all can see.
