  • I know im gonna get alot of thumbs down for this comment i really think the Klitschko's are the best heavyweights ever in boxing histroy even thought they still got alot to prove they are so good there KO records are nice and move hella good for large size

  • Them brothers whipping ass left and right.Uncle Chuck Nitty

  • ironfist and steelhammer showed their skills a lot of times and AVOIDED NOBODY! I cant understand why you have doubts in their standing. i mean lewis avoided tyson for years and faught him when it was sure that tyson was totaly out of everything. The statistics speak for itself in every fight and in the whole career! Vitali never went to the ground!!!

38wins 37ko- and watch the fight statistic of Vitali vs Arreola- thats amazing stuff. Hes a great champion

  • Vitali is great. I am glad you like him aswell, hes a standup guy. also a tricky fighter, has a diffrent game for everybody it seems. you are right he is not apperciated in america and will retire a champ. Fights with his hands down i actually enjoy it:}

  • I know, it's not like the William sister playing each other.

  • The potential and the talent is there in the HV division! Only thing is, there is no great rivalry! There are 2 guys heads and shoulders above the others and the tefuse to fight each other! Imagine if Pacman and Mayweather would join forces, split the belts and defend it for a few years! that would be suicide for the lower weight classes! And america hasnt gone weaker, its just before the fall of the Sov Un. eastern fighters were only allowed to fight in rocky movies vs the western champs

  • Hey Gator! Good Vid. I agree w/u about the Haye fight it means nothing and technically in a lot of people's minds they're fighting for Holyfield's belt that he was robbed of last December.

I also think its not just minorities the Klitschkos don't click with, white America hasn't exactly embraced the eastern European invasion unless their names are Kournakova or Sharapova.

The heavyweight division either needs a serious monster (Tyson,Liston, Louis) or a terrific showman (Ali,J.Johnson) CONT.

  • CONT. You probably remember back after Holmes took on Ali how people complained all the time about how weak the heavyweight division was with a solid undefeated champion at the top. Like I said unless there is a true showman or a monster holding the title people won't be happy. The best bet is to look for a monster that's why people got so hyped over Tua and Ibeabuci.

  • Some nice point brothers!

They are fdefinantely under-appreciated! If you read the life story of Jack Johnson and Joe Louis, the racist usa media attacked them like mad just because they were Black!

Ever heard of Jack Dempsey? He said that he wouldn't give Black people a shot at the title because they not equal!

Right now these Russia(Ukrainians) are going through the same crap that us Africans went through at one time!

I honestly hope that Obama makes some real Change! If he's for real!

  • Why do you always bring up minorities relating to the Klitscho bros? I'm a minority who loves boxing and the NBA. I can't relate to Nowitzki, Tony Parker,Manu Ginobili, or Pau Gasol but those cats can ball just as Aruthur Abrham,Kessler,Froch, and the Klitschos can fight. Other countries have stepped their games up and I want to see the best fights regardless where their from or if I relate to them. Real talk, Love yo vids and the radio show but I just disagree with the relating stuff. Peace

  • Well Blood. There is Kevin Johnson, The Cuban Olympian, and Eddie Chambers could challenge the Klitchkos. I don't want to knock the Klitchkos accomplishments. They are a good influence on the youth because of their accomplishments and behavior outside the ring. They are very exciting to watch.

  • YO BLOOD.....DONT COUNT OUT KEVIN JOHNSON..hes a tall man, slick fighter. WATCH, kevin will clip one of those kltich real soon

    KEVIN JOHNSON 23wins/o loss/

  • The Klitscho brothers wouldn't be so dominant if the opponets had the attitude of Arreola. Arreola does't have the foot speed , nor can he punch without being set. If he had those 2 skills and jabbed his way in, he could've done some serious damage. Klitscho didn't seem to like it when chris finally made it in close, looked confused when chris finally jabbed too. Sanders pressured and threw punches "WITH" the younger brother and got a KO! Thats the recipe, who's cooking though? Great Vids BRO!!!

  • i agree 100% arreola would just walk into the punches and then try a desperate lunge to try adn land a shot. late in the fight he got closer but it was already to late to change gameplan especially after the punishment he was taking the whole fight

  • Blood what I don't like is Larry Merchant in a interview made it seem like the HW's today are better fighters than the ones in the past. To me they bigger true, but out of shape. Only fool thought Areola had a punchers chance which by far is questionable because he fought dudes with glass jaw's

  • Rasclot222, I noticed that too. Ali's attitude alone would beat the Klitscho's! Holmes, would win too, and a prime Lennox would win also, just because he was still doing damage close to retirement against him. These guys are good but the competition doesn't have the attitude to beat them. Hit Holmes hard if you want too, and you would have to KO him to keep him off, the old school fighters wanted thier lick back, the new school wants to get back and cover up, thats the difference from then/now.

  • I have to ad you on as a friend just because you mentioned Holmes. Vitali and his brother are slow slow it makes me wonder how slow there opponent is. Vitali is good yes in this era. Prime Lennox would have beat him any day I actully think if they would have let the fight continue that eye would have been detached.

  • I gained alot of respect for Arreola in a losing effort, mostly because he was crying at the end. Lemme explain, when you want to get your hands on somebody so bad and the Ref tells you that your done, it's frustrating. He just wanted him to stand still long enough to show what he's got but it never happened. RJJ and PBF used to get critized by the commentators for the same type of fight Klitscho put on.

  • Klitscho should keep doing what he is doing. He shouldn't be more aggressive with all that height because he would give up his advantages and get KOed. I the Steward teaches this.

  • I agree mustaff4530, the Klitscho brothers need not change anything. I would like to see some really hard shots earlier, but its not really necessary. I actually believe they could get 1st round KO's every fight if they really wanted to. They tend to wait a lil while before they turn that right hand on, but when it's on it's ON! They land punches so easily, I always think, he should've did that in the first round. LOL!!

  • Dude, very good points, i like your logic!

    Kudos to all boxing fans!

  • yeah they are very good heavyweights.that hard stiff jab from the hip at that...but man got mad respect for chris.he's a true warrior with a true passion for his fights.i don't see anyone fucking with them anytime soon at least.

  • I dont think its hype and i dont think its so much that there no heavy weights. I think its that there are really no heavy weights coming out of the US and even if so most likely all hope ends at the Klitscko's for all HW. These guys are good!

  • @Blood: Wuz bro? Good effort by Areola. Vatli and Wlad are very underrated! They're not even top ten p4p which is a travesty. No one can beat them at HW. Hopefully they'll get their props! -ROD

  • who after the Klitschoko's? they upper 30's. V like 38 right?

    Who's Next? (heavyweight wise?)

or do we just have to continue watching mike tyson's greatest hits on espn 2.

  • Man Im White and I cannot relate to them, Race should not be the issue here. I was hoping Arreola was going to knock Vitali's Head into Lampleys Lamp.

Chambers will not be any Different. Wlad will knock out Chambers in Five.

If we had the Tyson, Bowe, Morrisons of the 90's. They would not lay back, they would go in for the kill. Neither Klitschko cannot fight on the inside.

  • Klitchkos dominate the division and do not really have any competition, they are making it look easy.

  • I was impressed with Klitschko. I don't think I would give any of the current contenders much of a chance. He utilizes his height and reach advantage to beat his opponents into submission. Your right. He is a very humble man. Good vid.

  • I'm glad east europe came out on top in this one because so many ppl are hell bent on the title returning to American soil. Chris is a horrible choice to settle for...he's sloppy and he can't box. Let's get a guy that truly has skills to represent the American heavyweight legacy..let's not settle for a big lucky puncher. Fast Eddie..all eyes on you!! Arreola don't have the skills but, he had the tears. Let's move on to the super-middleweight eliminator. Dirrell bring it home!!

  • I like the two Klitschkos, there beasts, its sad the American minoritys cant relate to them cause there not the same colour because im white and we all love Tyson and Ali, Ali came too my country last month and it was all over the news and thousands came out to see him.Over here we dont care what colour you are, we just wanna see a good fighter.

  • East Europe IS the better have of europe...and that's coming from an African American. East europe gets much respect and as far as I'm concerned, that's the only europe. The other europe are an arrogant, tyrannical and satanic force...a real problem to any minority.

  • Im from Ireland, thats the most western part of Europe, how are we tyranical? We never invaded anyone, weve only been free a few years, weve practicley been slaves for over 800 years , have you ever been here or to continental Europe?

  • I agree man, Thoichfaidh ar la, Northern Iireland will join us in freedom bro.

  • lol this is a boxing station, lets keep it that way, but i feel you :)

  • Change Europe with USA on the tyranical satanic part and then you got a good point. The two bros are way underrated in my opinion tough, and good peoples too.

  • Arreola has a huge heart .. nothing to be ashamed of.

  • I think David Hate is Athletic and might just be the man to dethrone the brothers.

  • Blood - my sentiments exactly.

David Haye is a fly buzzing around the rhino-sized Klitschko's. Haye might catch glass-chinned Wlad, but definitely not Vitali.

Blood - what website did you watch the fight on?

I love it and hate it that Arreola was crying at the end. I love it because it shows that he actually gave a damn about winning. I hate it because he shouldn't have given himself a reason to cry!

  • I like the Klitchkos too as people...they're good guys...If Haye gets through Vaulev in style then that fight will take place for sure...I hope so anyway...I still think that when they get in with a decent fighter their own size they will find it difficult especially after having so many fights with shorter out of shape guys...

  • if Americans want a champion they should probably add boxing as a sport in high school, collage just like wrestling i bet that would produce some fighters

  • If the Klitschkos were American the Heavyweight division would be huge still.

I understand the US football argument but most other countries have sports that take their big men also. Rugby world cup is now the 3rd largest sporting event in the world behind olympics+ftblworldcup+boxing is probably bigger in the US than anywhere else

I think a large part of is the fact that all the fighters from Russia+Eastern Europe (USSR) are not fighting professionally...and they have some pretty big guys.

  • not----now*

  • the heavyweight division is balls, boring as hell, no speed, n no amazing power from the klitchkos they only get late stoppages a didn't even watch the fight

  • ALL GOOD!

  • Good video, Blood. The Klitschkos are very much under appreciated IMO.

  • The heavyweight division is bad in the USA for a couple of reasons. The main one is blatantly obvious in that big huge athletes are going to the NFL. Big guys like that are getting huge paydays straight outta college before they even lace up their boots. Plus more opportunities for success in the NFL than boxing.

  • Good video blood, I think the biggest threat to the Klitschko's would be someone like Povetkin if he has more fights and stays injury free, he may have a chance against Wladimir but not much of a chance.

David Haye certainly had no intentions of fighting Vitali, but I believe he may have fought Wladimir if his paymasters (Setanta) hadn't gone bust. However because Haye has said he will retire at 30, I think he would only fight Wladimir for the payday, no chance of beating him.

    Good vid Blood

  • Wow Bobsinno the biggest twat on youtube posting a comment on a boxing video that isn't complete gibberish. Have you been put on some sort of medication?

The fact that your profile picture looks like a very very depressed, fat Joe Calzaghe whose life went horribly wrong cracks me up by the way.

  • The only thing that is lacking in the Heavyweight division is some real athletic ability. These two brothers are on top because they are in shape and strong, all the American heavyweights simply aren't in shape. That is why think David Haye has the best chance of beating these guys. He is fast, powerful, in shape and can really hit hard. But only time will tell, in the meantime the rest of the HW division need to hit the treadmill.

  • treadmill lol good comment i agree america is fat because they eat mc donalds everyday they need to stay in shape no offense people lol

  • I'm a long time fan of the KO brothers and have always been impressed by the commitment they have to the sport. After I first saw them fight years ago I sent off a letter saying I was a fan from America and they sent me some autographed postcards which was cool. I have enjoyed them as much as I ever did seeing tyson or others box .

  • damn arreola is no longer undefeated...that sucks but he lost to a good fighter

  • DAVID HAYE IS THE MESSIAH, THE SAVIOUR

  • i hope you are joking.

  • They are great fighters - i agree there is noone in the heavyw8 division to really test them - but thats not their fault.

A fighter can only beat who you put in front of them.

I really do think they should unify against each other though. Its the only fight at heavy.

    good vid blood.

  • i recognize them as the best/unbeatable heavys. but like you said blood, being the best heavy today dont mean much which aint thier fault, thats why w/o a doubt they are good and i take nothing away but i cant call them "great". i have no measuring stick. they are awkward and im not a fan of their style but it is effective. i dnt kno if that would work in the 90's with bowe, tyson, evander, even a focused golata was a problem. Vitali showed smthg against lewis 4sure but im not yet sold.

  • First of all thanks for the response, You know I have that same Gateway but anyways yeah as you can see we also wanted Arreola to win so that we can have some change on the HW division but the bro's are just too much. I think the bro's are not over hyped but just too big instead, they also fight smart. No one will beat these guys for a while.

    Christian

  • Vitali is 38, and managed to destroy 27-0 Arreola, Chambers is the last hopeful, haye can't do shit to them, so where do we rank Vitali in greatest hw of all time??? right now I put him in the top 10 for sure.

  • right up there mate i think Vital is legend when i think of the name VITALI u always picture that legendary boxer lol

  • I definitely do not think the Klitschko's are overhyped. Part of the reason they're running through everyone is because the division isn't up to par, but that doesn't mean they are overhyped per se. That just means they're great fighters who aren't getting top competition.

Remember, Vitali was winning on the scorecards against Lennox Lewis when that fight was stopped. If we're to say that he is overhyped then by default we would be saying Lennox Lewis was as well.

  • He was up on the scorecards but the fight was stopped because Lennox almost punched Klitsckos eye out of his head.

  • Oh definitely. If that wasn't such a high profile fight it would have been stopped much sooner because that cut was nasty. But I was speaking in terms of skill. Vitali was outboxing Lennox Lewis, who is undoubtedly one of the greats. Just trying to add a bit of perspective.

  • The Heavyweight division is garbage. Most of these guys are fat and can't breath after round 3 and the action is limited. The reason why Klitscko, Klitsho, Klitco whatever, isnt respected, is because there's no one out there. Right now its all about Welterweights and Middleweights.

  • Very true wdchr, as Teddy Atlas says all the best American heavyweights are in the NFL.

  • The Trash Era

If the Klitchkos didn't exist, Areola vs Chambers would probably be the fight for the Heavyweight crown.

-No disrespect to Chris or Eddie, but thats just weak.

Not to mention that Holyfield would still be in the pictures if it wasn't for a robbery desision last year.

The Klitchkos don't even have many highlight reels where their fighting physically in-shape guys!!

I think the Klitchkos would be a problem for guys in any era, but how big a problem, I really can't tell.

  • the brothers have no charisma thats why people dont like them

look at lennox lewis good fighter know charisma heavyweights gotta have charisma and alot of fighters get held back

  • it dont matter they r warrior and they deserve respect the reason why they dont get any love cus they aint american and its true.

and wats fucked up about boxing is why these guys r not on the p4p list like at least top 5.

this is the reason why boxing is runned by bitch ass politics

  • Another thing is,people question how good the klitschko's are but they forget these guys fought everyone from Botha to lewis back to sanders and byrd. These guys are good and that was after they came out the olympics where they had faced virtually everyone else.

Eastern Europeans ain't no joke,Fuckin saw that when lewis made bowe his bitch in a fight lol

  • we need to bring reddick bowe back for a bloody ass heavyweight fight

  • Its like hopkins said bout pacman "the only person I see beating pacquiao right now is pacquiao" well "the only person I see beating klitschko right now is klitschko"

fact of the matter is these two brothers have there spot among top all time heavyweights,Of course not top 10 but definitely top heavyweights of all time and they give hell or beat anyone you can match them up with from the beginning to end.

  • props to both fighters... i feel for arreola he gave it a shot but he was just outclassed by vitali tonight... chris is still young and can still make a name for himself in the near future,, i hope...much props for vitali for bringin his A game..... he had to do what had to do..its his night... don't give up on arreola people.. he is still a warrior

  • David haye is the only one. Every fighter does the same thing against them, stand in-front of them and take punches. Fight someone with head movement, do something. Haye is fast, head movement and hits hard, hes the only one

  • I admit he has a chance....i doubt very seriously he could beat either brother but I look forward to seeing Haye's next fight and if Haye wins he should fight one of the brothers

  • yep there aint no more tysons ali frazier lewis.

and the division is over most HW's play bro football or basketball nobody wants to take shots to the head no more.

the brothers need to be appreciated its not their fault the division sucks ass.

  • arreola is a good ass puncher but u need to be in great shape to fight these giants.

and he needs to work on his defense really bad.

this is the reason why i think he dont take boxing seriously.

  • but Haye has a weak chin i find it hard to believe he can take those brothers right hands and even suprieror left jabs

  • I have to give it up to Vitali, he looked very good out there. He could have given any fighter problems, very solid skills.

  • he did indeed look sharp bro

  • why do I feel so sad. Just felt like a really sad day for boxing...I mean Arreola looked just like every other victim. Standing in front of him squared up, hands up head still. You can't win any fight like that, much less a fight against the Klitschko's.....*sighs*....what can you say.

  • Its going to take a well trained heavyweight that can get to him....I cant see anybody shorter than 6'3 wining because he fights so damn tall

  • yep and what he does is you expend so much energy trying to get inside with his long reach, you just get lazy and sit in front of him. Thats when he just tees off with those straight rights and lefts. I mean....I don know what to say, all credit to them but....hey all credit to them

  • Lewis had a better chance because he was a big tall heavyweight......and he was also very skilled.....maybe a prime Riddick Bowe too.....but at this point they might as well give Toney a shot

  • Deontay Wilder.....you are the star Im wishing on!!!.....smh

  • Klitschko was just out boxing him, and his reach was just too much for Arreola. much respect for Arreola for not wanting 2 quit, Ref n trainer stopped it. dey shud had let him finish da fight, never know....thurr could had been a lucky punch or something. But Klitschko did his thing...

  • I agree to an extent......a punchers chance is always a probability bro.......but i think his trainer wanted to see his young fighter see another day....Arreola cried after the fight and seemed really hurt by his own performance

  • sad 2 c him lose like dat, but i think he'll come back n better himself

  • Until the Klitschko's retire they will rule. You're right Blood, there ain't nobody that can beat them. The USA treats them like they did Lennox. If they were from here we would praise the hell out of them. It's time for us all to start given these Men their due credit. They are some Bad mutha fuckas that can't be beat right now. It's the Rocky IV nightmare bro!!! We might as well admitted it there ain't no Rockys in the USA that can take them out right now.

  • I honestly believe that they want to show and prove....they cannot help it if today's game does not offer them any competition....i honestly like the Klitschko brothers.....they come to the ring in shape and ready to fight.....they even are willing to fight in their opponents back yard...to some respect they are under appreciated.....the Rocky 4 nightmare is alive and kicking bro

  • I got nothing good to say about that fight tonight. I just didn't enjoy it in the least. A typical Vitali fight showing once again that his butt ugly (but smart and active) style of fighting can be very effective against all these really limited heavyweights that are all over the division's landscape. Ho hum.

Where's Tony Tubbs, Greg Page, Tim Witherspoon, Pinky Thomas, Trevor Brebick, Carl Williams, etc., etc. when you need them to add at least a little bit of interest to the division?

  • The division is at it's worst at this time.....the sad thing is all of them guys you mentioned would be major players in today's game though I think the two headed monster would beat those guys....maybe a prime Williams would have had a better chance with the long jab

  • I wouldn't favour any of those guys over the Klischkos either, Blood. But as far as pure talent went, as a whole that rather sorry looking group is sure as shit better than the current group of heavyweights the U.S. is producing with Arreola, Chambers, and whoever else. Williams was a nice talent when he fought behind his jab and used lateral movement. Unfortunately for him, though, he liked to move in on his opponents a little too much with little defense and got caught a few times doing so.

  • the night he fought holmes he was at the top of his game...even more so than when he fought Tyson....he was ripped off in the witherspoon fight

  • I thought he beat Holmes that night, Blood. Williams did some really good work over the first half of the fight and won most of the rounds up to about round 9 or 10 from what I saw. Holmes got back into it later on in the championship rounds and probably had the best of it during that portion of the fight. But I still thought Williams' had enough early rounds in the bank to hang onto a 9-6, 8-7 type of decision at the end. It was close though, and certainly not unreasonable to give it to Holmes.

  • Sup Blood... Iove the intro man. Damn Two headed Monster. I call them the Son's of Poseidon.

I think they're good man. I my self have been a huge critic of these bros man. But imagine the HW division without these two guys?

In this country it sucks. But go to Germany and these guys are like the shit. Stadium selling fighters.

  • Also, they dont even have to fight in this country if they dont want to. They make their millions outside this country.

  • good point....they want the respect and they cant help if nobody wants to step up
