David Phelps can hit a high F, which is phenomenal. So people who think he's not "all that special" are obviously wrong. Also when he gets that high, he doesn't go sharp like a lot of artists do. He has a great range and a great talent. Rather than bashing his singing ability, you should be praising God that David is using his talent to reach the lost for Christ.

David Phelps is in my opinion the best tenor this side of Pavrotti! However, I find some of his pop/contemporary a disappointment and simply not as good as his southern gospel material. His pop/contemporary music seems to water down his golden voice.

Long hair in the biblical since is extremely different from what we think today Long hair on a woman was to be long enough to cover her backside(this would be quite long) So a man to have hair that just touched his shoulders would not be considered long.
