@Raqyz weelll there isnt a 'least common' eevee evolution. eevee becomes flareon, jolteon, and vaporeon if u give them right stones (lv doesnt matter) and if you have right amount of 'friendship' wit eevee it becomes umbreon and espeon however if eevee evolves at night it becomes umbreon and if it evolves at day it becomes espeon and (gasps for breath) thereare two rocks in diamond and pearl ones covered in moss and anotherin ice u level up eve near moss rock= leafeon, level up near ice= glaceon

@glace142 If you want a Glaceon, there's a special frozen stone near Snowpoint City that you have to raise your Eevee by one level to get Glaceon near it. It evolves to Leafeon if you raise it near the mossy stone in Eterna Forest.

Sorry, but Glaceon (as well as Eevee and all its other evolutions) can be either girls or boys. In fact, 87.5% of them are male, while only 12.5% are female. However, I do agree that Glaceons seem to have more feminine features.
